Speedy recovery by Robert Lambert. Guesting tonight for Rye House and has broke the track record -

We have been lucky because even charging full price, the stadium has been packed esp the last few meetings. However I still don't think that's enough to change Sandhu's mind when he sadly has eyes on his millions 😞 -
Leicester V Lakeside Sat 1st August
mdmc82 replied to mdmc82's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Their Facebook page and Chris Harris as he has said he's racing tonight. Plus it has been confirmed by Lakeside. Leicester do have one of the worst websites for keeping their supporters updated. I remember bees trip there when nobody knew who was guesting for Leicester until the gates opened! -

It was announced on sky as 19th August I personally would prefer the Belle Vue and Swindon meeting on sky on the 17th esp with them both chasing play offs. Swindon got thrashed by Poole this week so the meeting on the 19th may end up being one sided. -

He's still having physio on his arm after his crash at Poole. He is very low on confidence at the moment and its sadly showing in both leagues. Last night he didn't even look like he was challenging and just going through the motions. Makes his performance last night even more remarkable when you think he injured it in heat 2, which was why he didn't get up until crowd shouted for him to push the bike round and then he went on to top score. The lad really gives 100%. Hope he's not made it worse though -

Guests are definitely not going to be enough to cover Robson if he's out for most of the month. We were lucky to still win last night with only 1pt scored at number 2. A 28day replacement would be a much better idea. -
Belle Vue, Kings Lynn Or Swindon For 3rd/4th Spot
mdmc82 replied to Trevor's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I have to agree, they definitely look like the top 4 Coventry on 52pts and Poole on 47pts look safe. King's Lynn are on 39 and Belle Vue 31 from 20meetings whilst Swindon are on 36 with a meeting in hand. Didn't realise that both teams had caught up with King's Lynn so much. -

What makes Garrity's performance even more impressive was he did it all riding through the pain barrier as aggravated his knee injury in heat 2 -

Coventry's is largely down to Hans dropping 2points off his average. He's one rider. If you look at bees starting averages and then latest ones you will see that JK & Robson have upped their averages whilst King's Hasn't changed a lot. http://www.speedwaygb.co/files/downloads/e15_issue_18.pdf http://www.speedwaygb.co/request.php?12 Whilst yes Garrity has had some brilliant meetings, Sarjeant is struggling so lately he's been scoring what other teams reserves would together. Example tonight Kerr & Morris scored 14between them, Garrity scored 14 but Sarjeant scored 0. We still won -
Why did he have to miss today's meeting when it's not till tomorrow? Other riders manage

Brilliant crowd again tonight. Great to see the place packed. Summers looked a different rider to his last visit. Was really off the pace which was a surprise. With Robson due to be out for at least another 3 weeks, a 28day replacement would be the best way forward as guests could make us weaker. Part of me still thinks Howarth would do well, although a 6pt rider would be better. Hans may not always be scoring well but he was trying hard tonight, he tried everything in heat 13 but his bikes are letting him down. Sarjeant's current form is a big concern. He's so low on confidence and doesn't look to be enjoying his speedway, just going through the motions. We know he has the talent. Let's hope the team and fans can give him lots of support as he's a key part of our team. No it was heat 8 I was referring to where he was rightfully excluded. Photos clearly show he was to blame

Where are you looking? Kylmakorpi and Robson have both upped their starting averages. Harris and King are something like 0.29 down on theirs which is nothing. The only one to really be poor has been Hans. -
Good fightback for Swindon tonight. 👍🏻 looking good now for 4th spot. (Coombdog, I called it right lol)

King's Lynn look safe to me. Advantage Swindon at the moment over Belle Vue -
Sheffield Vs Rye 30th July Pl
mdmc82 replied to Tigerish's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Was amazing for Bees again tonight. A joy to watch. Beat every rider in King's Lynn's team apart from NKI who he didn't meet in a heat. Rye House's loss is Sheffield's gain 😉 -
Lakeside were also patched up tonight and it helped Swindon not having Krcmar in tonight (even though isn't his meeting tomorrow?) RR scored more than Morris would have on this track In fairness to Wolves & Stevebrum, Wolves didn't have to use a TR
-
Nope. Only teams to win there so far this season are Coventry, Poole, King's Lynn, Belle Vue & Wolves. That makes Leicester the only team that haven't 😉

Firstly what a brilliant crowd it was again tonight and some really good racing. I personally think King's Lynn have been the best visiting team we have had this year. Some very quick race times by both teams with Harris equaling the fastest time of the season. We made hard work of it to start with but to still get the win with Summers & Sarjeant only scoring 1pt between them is amazing. James is a bit of a concern at the moment as looks so low on confidence and like he's just going through the motions. Brilliant team riding by Harris in heat 11. As for Jason Garrity, he just gets better. Was brilliant to watch again tonight. He beat the whole of Kings Lynn's team (except NKI)!! I'm not convinced about the sidecars, I thought speedway was dangerous but they look very risky. -
I predicted a Swindon win but was shocked they had to use a TR to get it 😱 At the end of the day though 4points is 4points and great for their play off race

Robson has been signed off by a doctor for a few weeks and is also going to see a neurosurgeon due to having a few recent bumps to the head so will miss a few meetings. -

How do you get that idea? Coventry & Poole still have a lot of meaning to theirs in the race to finish top. King's Lynn are still not mathematically safe. At the other end, nobody wants to claim the wooden spoon so fight between the bottom team as well. All still to play for -

We will need Hans to do better than he did last night guesting for Swindon 😁 also need King & Sarjeant firing again. This is going to be close -

I think the Play offs are a good idea. Imagine how boring this season would of been for Teams other than Coventry & Poole otherwise. Look at NL, Birmingham have already won the league and walking the league by July. What's the incentive for the other teams now if not for the introduction of the golden cup. -
It's a shame for Swindon they can only use him twice more to guest. He's not eligible to sign on a permanent basis
