  1. I think Poole would rather take on Swindon after they hammered them a couple of weeks ago. On form Poole are capable of winning at the Abbey as well. However it's been a couple of years since they have won at Belle Vue & they pushed them close at home. I think Poole could beat either over two legs, however think Swindon would be easier.
  2. Referring to the starting line up. The point is you are only allowed TWO 7point riders at any time (based on the averages at the time) This doesn't just mean at the start of the season but when re-declaring your team unless a like for like swap. I'm really not sure what's so confusing about it 😜
  3. You are really not getting it. Lindgren is not a 7pt rider now so Wolves could bring in 2 7pt riders and be in the rules. When you re-declare it goes by the averages of that month.
  4. Does anybody know when the official cut off date is for the play offs?
  5. Yes they have been good and deserve to be top. However since the start of the season other teams have strengthened or found form whilst some of our riders for example Hans & Sarjeant are struggling for form. Robson is a concern away from home and although he is capable of scoring his average at home, a 6pt rider could make us favourites.
  6. . IF Coventry finish top then I imagine they would pick Belle Vue. We are the only team to win there and it's a track our riders enjoy.
  7. It never rains but it pours. Both teams have had the worst luck with injuries. Unfortunately guests can't be helped when injuries but it also means King's Lynn/Coventry won't be able to use any of these the following week if guests are needed. Kings Lynn Roger Warnes Transport Stars 1. Niels-Kristian Iversen ©, 2. Kevin Wolbert (G), 3. Robert Lambert R/R, 4. Kenneth Bjerre, 5. Dakota North (G), 6. Carl Wilkinson (G), 7. Ashley Morris Leicester Lions 1. Jason Doyle ©, 2. Kevin Doolan (G), 3. Grzegorz Walasek, 4. Szymon Wozniak, 5. Piotr Swiderski, 6. Steven Worrall (G), 7. Ben Morley (G
  8. Definitely no changes then. Shame we are not going to look at strengthening when this would have been our best chance of winning the title this year.
  9. If we were making a new signing they would have to be declared 48 hours before our next meeting, which would mean today. It looks like it's going to be 4pt guests until Robson is back and then having to hope the team can score above their averages to make up for the points we are below.
  10. Thanks. It didn't seem to cause him too much trouble last night. If Cook is exhausted then Worrall, Josh & Kurtz must be knackered as not only riding for their own teams but lots of guesting. Good luck to both teams. Hopefully it will be a good close meeting
  11. King's Lynn's results could depend a lot on who guests in place of Kerr and Lambert, plus the form of Bjerre. Could be tough away. Swindon have every chance of picking up points against Belle Vue, King's Lynn & Coventry. I think Away at Poole looks the only one that they look unlikely to pick anything up. I think it's good that with just under 5 weeks until the play offs start, we still don't know who will finish top and also there are still 3 teams fighting it out for the final two play off places, with the positions in the table consistently changing.
  12. What is Wrong with Rob? Don't remember him getting injured with Swindon last night & he rode well.
  13. Nothing officially been announced. A head injury is what was stated originally. Good to see such a huge improvement in a short space of time though.
  14. Taken from the regulations 17.4.2 A Teams combined MA for the top 5 positions must not exceed 34.00 points nor include more than 2 x Riders, whose MA exceeds 7.00 or 2 Doubling-Up Riders (satisfying the same conditions as for the initial Team Declaration) when re-declared, either permanently or temporarily, except where the MA of the introduced Rider is equal to, or lower than the Rider being replaced. Only Riders with a lower EDR Grading may be re-declared for the #6 or #7 positions.
  15. Let's hope the weather does not end up having a say in the top 4. It's okay us predicting where teams may get points from but if there are rain offs and all meetings are not staged before the cut off dates, this could change things completely.
  16. It doesn't work like that. You are only allowed two 7pt riders at anytime throughout the year regardless of what they started on.
  17. Not true. They couldn't have 3 riders over 7pts. Without Batchelors engine failures his average would have been too high.
  18. Easy fixtures for King's Lynn? I would disagree esp now they are without Kerr & Lambert. They still have Swindon, Coventry & Leicester at home. They have to get points away at Swindon, Leicester & Poole. (Where are all the easy ones?) Swindon should win their remaining home fixtures and still pick up some points on the road and look set to finish above King's Lynn & Belle Vue. The question is who will join them?
  19. I'm hoping Kildemand doesn't get in to next years SGP. Would be nice to have meetings without him bringing others off or dropping the bike easily when not in a winning position.
  20. I had heard that Peterborough are having a lot of problems with his attitude within the team and availability. Not heard anything with regards to King's Lynn though.
  21. Have to win the 3 matches in hand though. Is Belle Vue's for & against maybe better and that's why they are 3rd, not sure.
  22. Sorry meant the King's Lynn fixture. Assumed it was Wednesday as that's their usual race night
  23. I imagine they will do one meeting at a time and comment on the other meetings once Wednesday's is done. Or they have seen Friday's weather forecast 😟I do agree though that their website is very poor and we could most likely know Friday's team a couple hours before tapes up if past experience is anything to go by.
  24. Not sure what you mean by no mention? It is listed in their fixture list. They have a fixture on Wed at King's Lynn so i'm sure they will focus on that first. http://leicesterlions.co/fixtures/
  25. @MikkelBechJ: Withdrawn from today's meeting. Too hard for me wrist to ride. Putting me and others in danger. http://t.co/SDbCeaDfMM
