Belle Vue, Kings Lynn Or Swindon For 3rd/4th Spot
mdmc82 replied to Trevor's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
@GavinCaney: Lyon: "One thing I do want to highlight is the unwillingness of Belle Vue to let us use their riders as guests." (2/2) #speedway Seems Belle Vue are not allowing their riders to guest for King's Lynn or Swindon. I guess it does make sense not to help your place off rivals. The only risk they run is if they need guests themselves. -

True but whilst he's scoring points that our others riders may have also scored against 2nd strings & reserves, it means King/JK are against heatleaders and less likely to score what a inform Hans should in that position. -

Thanks. Against Swindon's top 4 it's going to be tough anyway but even worse without one of ours. Looks like it unless King has a terrible month. A lot of pressure on JK & Danny then. -

Going to make it extremely hard to find a good guest esp when his average is so low now. -

Danny King was due to be missing as he injured his back yesterday riding in Denmark -

A boost for Leicester as he's very good at our track. Danny King is a doubt after getting injured yesterday -

Would be a good option. Both teams should be at full strength (if no injuries) and gives more time before play offs. -

You do make a good point. We don't need the points to finish in the play offs. Could be a bit of a nervy end for Swindon if the meeting does get rearranged for 3rd as if the meetings against Swindon on the 3rd & 4th were to get rained off, there would be no more dates to restage them before cut off date -

Coventry would be without King, Robson & possibly Garrity on the 3rd so would be silly to agree to that date (can still see it happening though)Swindon would be at full strength -

Do Swindon only run on a Thursday or are they able to restage fixtures on other days? Not many weeks left now -

Unfortunately the Danish fixture has always been in place. I think I read somewhere that riders are allowed to miss 3 of the nations scheduled fixtures over the year (may have changed) and Hans has already missed a few when there has been clashes this year to ride for bees. RR means King, Lindgren, Garrity & Sarjeant can take his rides now he is a 2nd string. -
Yes unfortunately that is what can happen. that's why they have monthly team averages. Coventry are below the limit by 2 points. Just for example: if Hans left Coventry, he still couldn't be replaced by a 7+ rider as Coventry already have 2 in JK & Harris at THIS TIiME. However if JK left then Coventry could replace him with a 7+ as then they would only have Harris. Riders get a STARTING AVERAGE at the start of the year (sometimes inflated from riding at a lower number the previous year) they then get a rolling average end of every month and that becomes their new average. Some riders hit great form and improve it like Magic or Doyle whilst others have a terrible time like Lindgren and their new average reflects that. It really is all in the regulations if you have another read of point 2.

Lol, he makes up his own rules . I honest think T.N.T is just trolling now as several posters have corrected him but still doesn't get it.

Poole Pirates Vs Belle Vue Aces 12/08/15
mdmc82 replied to Shaleshifter's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
A good win for Poole who look strong at home. Better from Belle Vue in 2nd half. Interestingly Belle Vue still have the better score in both the A & now the B meetings over two legs 😉 -

Much better from Danny King. (Hope Hans & King can do that against Batchelor tomorrow 😉) Really good clear stream. -

Hans is unfortunately like that at the moment, could score 12 or could score 2. You never know till he turns up. As stated though the weather is heavy rain all day so will not be on. Whilst I agree your team looks stronger now, on our last visit your guest no 1 & Howarth scored 18 points between them so whilst Ward is capable of scoring really well, I'm not convinced by your other new signing.
