King's Lynn V Swindon 9th Sept 19.45
mdmc82 replied to Daniel Smith's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Good replacements in Doyle & Masters who usually ride well at King's Lynn. Big big meeting tonight as if Belle Vue get the win then this will be a meeting too late. A tense finish for King's Lynn. -
Larsen?

I thought the same. I don't think Swindon are as strong now with Kildemand instead of Ward and also with Zengi as a heat leader instead of second string. If Hans hadn't fell then bees would have only lost at the abbey by 4 and that was with King, Howarth & JK missing. They would have all scored more than the replacements did. I think Poole could beat Swindon at the Abbey and then on their last visit to Poole they were thrashed. Swindon also have the weakest reserve pairing on paper. Coventry are unpredictable at the moment. Been strong all year but recently had a dip. Harris is finding great form and Hans seems to be scoring better. Howarth knows Pooles track well. We have the reserve most likely to challenge Newman from the draft. However a lot will depend on what happens with JK replacement. Coventry & Poole ride each other's tracks well. Belle Vue seems to be a track Poole struggle on a bit, although I think Poole would do enough at home. However there's a question mark over Zagar now. Hard to tell who will face who Swindon will be looking to get something tonight. Prediction 58-32

Coventry V Swindon - Wednesday 2nd September

Kildemand's wasn't fast when he went down on Wednesday. He slowed as he went into the corner, put his foot down and slid off. He knew what he was doing. -

Hans is also riding in Denmark, otherwise he would be riding for Coventry on Wed. Doesn't North race for a place off Danish team? -

Kildemand & Iversen missing At King's Lynn. Hans and Bech missing at Coventry -
Bomber is a brilliant guest choice. He scored a max on Coventry's last visit there and now he's in even better form. Should make Belle Vue stronger. Not good news for King's Lynn 😁😮

Premier League Riders Championship - Sheffield 6th Sep

Exactly. It's not like he's missing it for a normal Polish meeting, it's actually the play offs. This is an individual meetings so it's not like he's letting a team down. If anything it's more of a shame for him that it's the same day as he had a chance of a podium place -

Some of the best team riding used to be between King & Barker. They used to ride really well together. -
Hans finished 2nd in the individual meeting in Poland yesterday. Good to see him looking faster over the last week. With both Harris & Hans having podium places this weekend, fingers crossed Garrity can do the same today.

So pleased for Harris qualifying for the 2016 SGP in a very tough line up. He has been in brilliant form the last couple of days, his heat 15 at Brandon last night was special. Good luck to him

2015 Speedway Gp Challange

Huge congratulations to Chris Harris. This was a very hard line up and he more than held his own, beating top riders. 48 riders entered and he was in the final 3. He was one of the best I have seen him last night in heat 15 and carried on that form tonight. Happy with the other 2 qualifiers as well (although prefer Shamak to Piotr) -

I think you must have forgotten what he had to say about Swindon and their fans at the end of 2013 then as I remember the rants very clearly. His tweet wasn't aimed at all bees fans just a handful that were questioning his on Twitter. I know from being there last night that he was fuming with being excluded and no doubt was most likely fined for the way he behaved afterwards so think he just hit out. As for wishing Kildemand luck, why wouldn't he? They have been friends for a long time & he is a fellow Dane. You may not have noticed but the Aussies do it all the time. -

I wouldn't feed the troll. He only has to look at the draft list to see who is the best reserve in the league. He sadly trolls the site looking for anything positive about Coventry and posts negatively. His posts are so stupid they actually make me giggle -

You won't be able to fit in Morris, Hans,Troy, PK, Zengi & Doyle next year so maybe you could send Zengota back our way 😉Be interesting to see how riders ride your new track -
Really is a shame as the lads wanted to ride and it wasn't doing Birmingham any harm esp when the meeting was a friendly with a club who you would think Birmingham would have some sympathy for after how they almost didn't come to the track themselves. Whilst NL league can be good to watch, it is really a starting point. the riders need more opportunities to race in the bigger leagues to help them develop more and gain experience. To report Somerset to the BSPA over something like this is petty, although Somerset should really have gone through the correct procedures to book them.

But in that same tweet he says he was angry at the ref. he was fuming on the track and was really angry when excluded as could hear him in the pits. Aside from that it was a good meeting. Garrity was back on top form with the others in his races left trailing. As for Bomber, heat 15 was like Cardiff all over again. The track was perfect for him tonight. Hopefully we will see the same in the play offs. -

Rye House fans don't like him cos he left. He scored a full max at Coventry tonight and nobody could get near to him. He made it look easy. Hopefully he can ride as well on Sunday. I do agree that sometimes he does over ride when under pressure. -

That's hardly Sarjeant's fault. Hans is fuming because of the exclusion and as he usually does (did same with Swindon fans over Ban & dinner dance) he's let a couple of keyboard warriors wind him up. He will get over it, might even spur him on. On a plus it was good to see one of his best scores on our track and he looked fast. Garrity & Harris were both also back scoring easily for fun. We just need to hopefully sort that no 5 spot, easier said than done though. -

Think it's tonight's match. It was one of the angriest I have seen him when he got fenced and excluded and could hear him hitting something in the pits he was that angry. I think a couple of fans made comments about him lack of team riding tonight and it was like relighting the fuse. He also took to Twitter yesterday to say how angry he was with himself after his fall. He was brilliant to watch. Havvy gave credit to Sheffield tonight when interviewed and said how he has seen improvement in how much smoother Jason is riding the bike since he started also riding for Sheffield. Hans did the same about Swindon fans when he had the ban that time for them. He then also took to Twitter to slate them all after the end of season dinner as he didn't win rider of the year and he was very vocal about them. Think when he's angry, he's best to calm down before venting on social media -

I think after the way he kicked off in the pits after he was excluded in heat 15, he was fuming. A handful of fans have questioned his team riding skills and it's pushed his buttons. Very childish, hopefully he will realise when he calms down. Not very professional though.
