Kennett already scored more than North. I bet the Poole fans will still say he weakens them though
-
So Coventry gate 3 times on a head advantage and it gets pulled back by ref until Poole can gate! Complete sham. Holders own fault when he didn't go. Tapes went up and green lights on. Others went.
-
If you couldn't beat a depleted Coventry whilst you use a guest to strengthen then there would be a problem
-
Luck. Bees will need a miracle when depleted
-
Haha predicted Pooles favourite Ref Jim Lawrence would be covering this one. Poole now have a 8 man team 😂
-
Might have a golf commitment with North that he couldn't get out of 😉
-
With two full teams it could have gone either way. Now Poole have replaced the out of form North with a stronger rider and bees have lost the best reserve in the league & having to use a tier 2 guest as well as RR for a heatleader, I would be more shocked if Poole didn't win. It will be a hollow victory as would have to have cheated again a depleted side.
-
Hardly the best team when neither team have their full line up. Ones strengthened whilst the other is really weakened.I noticed you are very new to this site (imagine new to the sport as well by your posts) seems like you have just come to stir.

Well said. Unfortunately it's the same every year. Have to cheat to win, happy with hollow victories. If Poole were missing Holder and Newman I'm sure people would say that Poole were depleted yet when we mention we are now riding against a side who have replaced a rider with a strong one and against a depleted bees, we are making excuses. Clowns

Not sure where you are getting your info from but wrong. His last two home scores as heat leader are 3,0 http://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/thread/15027/poole-swindon-el-7th-september http://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/thread/14990/poole-kings-lynn-el-30pm The points he scored last month were as a 2nd string. He hadn't scored well since becoming a heat leader (0,0,3)

The reason we needed a new no 5 was injuries. Kylmakorpi had been brilliant at Brandon and beat Magic, Holder, Zagar, Doyle, Nicholls & Iversen. Of course him being missing weakened the bees. Anybody who thinks otherwise is deluded. Swindon failed for several weeks to sign somebody to replace Adrian and still brought in a 6+ rider for Ward. As Rosco & Horton said there is nobody out there who wants to come over esp when it would have meant bringing over equipment for a couple of meetings.

Peterborough V Sheffield Plpo Quarter Final 2nd Leg
mdmc82 replied to bigcatdiary's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
He's going to be a huge loss for Coventry tonight although some Poole fans apparently think not. Number 1 in the reserve list for a reason. Sheffield fans will know what a miss he will be both on and off the track -
Kennett flew around Brandon a couple of weeks ago. He actually can't get worse than North who hasn't scored in his last couple of meetings Bees have a heat leader missing and are having to use two tier 2 riders instead of the best reserve in the league. Poole will win but that won't nessasarily be because they are the better team as somebody put it but more because they strengthened against a depleted injury hit Coventry. Garrity has been amazing and Joonas scoring double at home so shame we were weakened going in to the play offs.

Those saying bees shouldn't miss Garrity tomorrow are mad. Even if you have a strong top 5, Reserves are just as important. Does that mean Poole wouldn't miss Newman. Yeah right. Poole are lucky they are strengthened against a depleted team It's called the truth. Maybe you should look up the meaning.

Game over. Gutted after all the hard work our riders have put in all season. Terrible luck
-
I agree. Annoying that we got injuries at worst time. Believe we would have won this over two legs with full team
-
Gutted. No Jason Garrity tomorrow, Josh Bates guests in his place. Very lucky for Poole as that's wreaked our chances
-
Hope he's going to be ok and doesn't make it worse.

@nigelpearson: Interesting #Speedway play-off news: AJ in for Zagar for BV, Garrity no more than 50/50 for Bees at Poole. Live on Sky Sports 7.30.
