Lots of championship teams now beginning to make team building announcements ahead of AGM. Very quiet from the club on Lions plans for 2020, anybody heard any rumours about potential signings as we look to build on this seasons success?

track alterations left too late in the day hence no available time for pre season challenge meeting. Now track not fit for pre season press and practice day. I'd like to bet no guests have been lined-up to replace King and Auty for this Sat season opener against Swindon. I suspect the weather may well come to the rescue of the club to allow the track further time to settle. I can't imagine many fans will be thrilled at the thought of not being able to track our own 1-7 for the first home meeting of the season. Such a shame as the momentum under the new owners seemed to be building nicely.

think we all need to thank Glyn for preparing the racing circuit.....................think they could have done with his experience at belle vue by the sound of it!

had a problem trying to book the best seats early last year. The on-line seating plan would not allow me to select specific seats within a block, Can anyone advise me of the best telephone no. to use?

not much speculation on here re 2015 team building. Very quiet from the Lions promotion with no indication on who or when any signings will be announced? Very difficult to be enthusiastic about the 2015 season with so little information coming out of the club to keep supporters interested and generate season ticket sales. Common David / Norrie give us something specific to look forward to!

on a decent track?????there obviously aren't any decent tracks in this country then as he has been pants home and away! I've a feeling KL were well aware of his divided loyalties between british EL speedway and his overseas comittments hence releasing him in the first place. You can have him back though as soon as your ready!

Personally, I think Mads is the first rider in 3 seasons I would not want back next season, certainly doesn't appear to be trying to give 110% and even if he was he needs to be more consistent out of the gate then he woudn't have to worry about riding for third place most of the time. As for Norrie, nice chap but I think we need more professionalism going forward in order to compete in the EL.

If I remember right both swindon and king's lynn told these 2 respective riders that their services were not required for 2014. MK was particulary gutted and expected to be staying at kl and jd was also rather surprised.

I think DH @ leicester needs to get his cheque book out quickly and make nm an asset!

well said 1 valve..........I don't post on here v. often as there is so much negativity with regard to passing at BP it gets boring. Patrick Hougaard is another rider I would like to see at leicester, stylish and also carries straight line speed into bends like CC.

it's not his gating, it's his ability to carry his speed off the long straights and into the turns. he certainly knows the right line around bp and his times demonstrate that.
