  1. Put another way, if a checkout operator, tore all the packaging whilst scanning it, double scanned goods, dropped change on the floor leaving the customer to pick it up etc, would the customer not be within his rights to complain?
  2. They were that small I couldn’t read them most of the time so will take your word for it
  3. I don’t think it’s a speedway problem. I’m currently on holiday at a British leisure park (quite an upmarket one) They have gone above and beyond with all the guidelines and protocols but last night there were loads of people breaking the rules despite the staff politely asking them not to. Sadly 100%of those doing so we’re of pension age. I really feel for younger people who have been locked down to protect them and then have to watch the oldies flout the guidelines. Rant over
  4. That might be a bit more difficult with a ticketing agency involved
  5. Cos it’s speedway seriously I think I read it’s down to timing of the paperwork.
  6. Don’t worry about me I’ll be on (last years this year) holibobs. I’ve long given up on speedway as a sport or a way to spend money. I’m only on this thread as a respite from the Covid thread
  7. Unless things have changed that’s not allowed. Big notices to that effect last time I went.
  8. Not seen any information about bars at the stadium. Will KL be providing table service (as I understand it the only indoor option) or will the stadium be “dry”
  9. So put out a tweet/PR at 0900 saying why. It would take no longer than you or I putting a post on here. I refer you to my post above regarding attitude
  10. Just read thro this thread and two things come to mind. 1. Nothing has changed regarding managements attitude to the fans. 2. I’m so pleased I gave up on it a few years back having spent the money on short breaks instead, with a company who know how to appreciate and treat their customers.

  17. Not suggesting they are comparable in the slightest. It’s much more comfortable watching from a sofa, in the warm, clean toilets and Deliveroo bringing the burgers Will you be watching alone or are you not bothering?
  18. I really can’t understand all the fuss over the cost. How many people will watch this alone? I’d guess most will watch with at least one member of family, which cuts the cost to £7.50 per person. Even if you watch alone it’s cheaper than going to a meeting. Fair enough moaning afterwards if the quality is crap but for once (shock horror, never thought I’d say it) I’m defending the BSPA.
  19. Go to the Home Page, Forum Announcements at the bottom of the page and then Support Forum, there's a whole thread about it.
