Many thanks for the the link as the website i looked at was for last year. So glad that has been sorted out. It looks like Cyfra+ will be showing some League speedway as on a Polish Forum some has wrote I glad i can watch my team on Canal+. I hope this person is right. Apart from that it seems it is a bit up in the air over there.

Im glad im not the only one a bit confused with it all. I know that TVN Turbo will show some of the speedway but not all. What I know is that NC+ have won the contracted to show GP, SWC and the Extraleague but what about other speedway they use to show on TV in Poland, surely that wont just stop showing it. Also what I cant get my head around that they say they will show the speedway on different nights but if a rider is riding in 2 countries which most of them do what will happen. They can’t ride in Poland and lets say GB and the same time. It’s all very confusing. I know that Orange will still show Elitserien and Polsat will show ELite league. Also I can’t see to get my head around they say that speedway will be on TVN Turbo but I also read that they will be available on canal. Also they say the most interesting matches will be on a Saturday, which will be around 6-8 mathces. So lot of question about this I think. So the way I read things some matches will be on Canal and some matches will be on TVN Turbo. But how many matches will they show because when you look at the race dates for the teams not one race falls on the Saturday and they are meant to be showing at least 6 races. Also they say about a queue what do they mean Rounds. If so they have a round every week apart from when it is the Word Cup and other big matches.

With cyrfa+ now showing the speedway live in Poland for the next 3 years does anyone know when they will show the first match of the season. I know its only end of Feb and we still have about 6 weeks to go but just trying to find out any info yet. Also does anyone know if any other TV station will be showing any other speedway for example will TVP Sport be showing any Speedway.

I know papers and reports do change a few things to sell their story but I agree a local newspaper wouldn’t make it all up as Middlo would have a case to sue them. I would like to see him sue them then this would prove he is telling the truth but if he doesn’t then I would believe the newspaper.

1 Darcy is a good rider on the track but an idiot of the track. Last year he was in Court in the UK and now this in his own country. What he has done is not acceptable and I think that he needs to grow up and not ride for Poole for at least a year. If he was caught then he would have had a criminal conviction and with that in mind he should be banned for a year. He needs to gorw up and with Neil saying what he has done will not help him as he probably looks up to Neil as a manager. And as he does live with Neil in this country what does he get up to in his house before a meeting. 2 Neil he shouldn’t get the sack but he should not be the manager of Poole as he should set examples and if he thinks youngest can drink and take drugs and be in control of a motorbike then he is as stupid as Darcy is. Neil should also leave as the National Team manager for the same reason. 3 If people are unhappy about what Neil has said then maybe us the fans we need to start a petition and get the message across to BSPA that we don’t want Neil as a Manager for our Nation. What do people think?

I will be supporting the UK Series and going to some of the rounds. It is good to see someone trying.

Found this on a website From 30 November 2012 the ITI Group, CANAL + Group and work towards a strategic partnership, being co-owner of Group TVN and a new satellite platform nc +. It is ITI how owns TVP Turbo. It seems that having the speedway on TVN Turbo is more benefit for the clubs and not the fans. Cyrfa+ is expensive compare to TVN Sport. So more people have TVN sport than Cyfra+. Will speedway come to an end in Poland if they don’t get the fans to follow it on TV. going from a show every week to only 2 matches a month is poor. I hope NC+ will listern to what people want and show speedway every week.

The more i read the article i think the more i understand it i think. Nc will show Ekstraliga ENEA on lets say Canal+ Sport, with 2 matches at a weekend. Then TVP Turbo will show 2 mathces every month on a Sat. This way people in Poland that has TVP wil still get to see there speedway.

It looks like that TVP Turbo will show 1 game a month and Canal + channels on their show live two matches each queue. So if i understand this right it will be Polish League speedway on one card. If you still get Kompakt HD with CANAL+:you will get the GP, Swedish Speedway. UK Elite League will be on there. With having Eurosport you will also get the European Champship. So lots of speedway. The fixture list for Polish speedway has been soretd out so you can see what speedway they will show on Sat night. I hope i have got all this right.

this is great news for speedway riders. If you look at the format it looks like it is a GP format which in one’s eyes is great. The reason i think this is great because if you are a young rider and you are not at GP level this can help get use to the GP format if at a late stage you get into GP. The only down side at the moment i would say is they have not put which tracks they are using just the next 2 meetings. I know we are in Jan nearly Feb but it would be good to know what tracks. I think this would get more people interested.

I use to buy 2 cards one was cyfra+ and the other TVP. I was not going to get TVP card and just stick to one card.

SPeedway was decline when speedway stadiums start to close down. ALso when big sponors got invlolved. Takling about whe riders use to turn up with 2 bikes and thats it was true but if you look at the GP nows. tomasz gollob turns up he has 19 engines with him just for the weekeend. Thats stupid. Also if you look at what a rider gets now compare to what they use to get. Its not a sport as it use to be its a business.

Yes you are right i do have cyfra+ but Eurosport are only showing the last 4 stages. TVP use to show big matches in Poland including the u21. And as it looks like cyfra+ will be showing the Polish League and not TVP i didnt know if they are going to show what TVP use to show.

I know at the mo that cyfra+ will probably be showing the Poilsh speedway league but will they be showing the European championship for 2013 for events in Poland or will TVP be showing the European championship for 2013. I know europsport in UK are showing the last 4 rounds but im interested in the u21 as well.

Dont know what this guys problem is but most speedway is good. GP are not dying. Last year it was great to see another new SGP champion. It went down to the last 3 riders. The first 7 races with 7 differant GP wins. Also with European speedway you see some riders you would not normaly see.

i would agree with this that there is not just GP to watch, but if you look at the GPs from last year it was so exciting. If you only have sky then you have just EL and the handful of PL races. There were some good meetings in the EL over the season but if I was just a sky customer then I would be looking forward to more GP and the weekend then EL on Mon night. With other sport it just doesn’t interest me with what sky have to offer. SO I can understand what people write on here about cancelling there Sky if Sky don’t show the GP

I have been going to Cardiff for a few years but really want to go to a differant GP next year but cant make my mind up. So which one should i go to. The choice i have are PRAGUE COPENHAGEN STOCKHOLM

I wonder if this is a good idea to get Amateur racing against other clubs. For example Dragons Speedway (Kings Lynn), Sittingbourne and Southern track riders. I think this could work but needs the club promoters to organise something. By doing this you are meeting other Amateur riders and you are going up against other riders not the same riders in the club. This can give good experience to level of riders. What do people think about this idea

This is a shame that this meeting is not running would have been good to watch. Maybe in the summer next year this event could take place.

This Sat 10th Nov will be racing at Kings Lynn with teh Dragons Big Bash. I hope the weather is good to them this weekend. Looking foward to watching the meeting. Kings Lynn is a nice track. Tapes up at 4pm
