im glad someone has aksed this question as i am taking my dad to the event for his birthday. I have now booked the tickets and it is good to see that you can book for both days and for the same seats.

Im sure im not the only one that things if speedway starts a little bit earlier then more familes would turn up, i agree that childern can sleep on the way home but not everybody likes doing that.

The thing is if i have to travel a 2 hour journey to see speedway which i normaly do and the match starts at 5pm it would be finish by 7pm which means i can have my nephew home by 9pm but with a start at 7pm he wouldnt get hiome till 10.30 - 11pm which is to late. The thing is it hasnt even got to be a EL meeting it could be lower league racing that is lower. I see that Kent has a meeting on bank hoilday monday which i am taking him to which he will love and the staduim will get money from me but if it started later then i couldnt take him. ]

I see that there is speedway on tonight according to the list but i cant see what time it is on sportklub. Can anyone tell me

I got into speedway when my dad took me to a speedway match over 30 yrs. ago, and i was hooked. Now with the power of the internet and Speedway on TV i show my nephew what speedway is about. He is 3 nearly 4. He keeps going on about speedway to my sister and how he wants to go but the thing is most speedway matches are at night even at the weekend. So due to where speedway is to us and most tracks are quite far it’s too late for him to see a speedway match. SO the question is speedway a family sport? I don’t think it is as they don’t think about a start time for young families. If they run a meeting on a Sunday at 5pm i think more people would go as the meeting would not finish too late for a Sunday.

Good racing last night i Poland. I thought as most of us did that the 2nd meeting was much better than the 1st one. But good racing in both. I thought the crowd in the first meeting was out of this world it looked full. Shame UK cant get crowds like that a meetings. 2nd meeting looked quite full as well and the staduim there is quite big. Looking forward to next Sunday afternoon racing.

It not so much the price to expensive if you live so close but for some fans / people travel 120+ miles to see a speedway match and that might be there nearest track. Last night i wanted to go to swindon to see they race. I think the match would of been great for the price but its not just the price i have to think about. It getting there ie fuel then car parking fee, programme and may be a hot drink. I live just over 140 mile round trip and to do this would cost me nearly £40 - £50 for the night. The thing is Swindon is the 2nd or 3rd EL track near me so its not so much the price getting in but the travel and everything else that goes with it. If reading was still racing and i know that might be plans for them to come back then i would attend there more as this is not far for me and would pay the full amount week in week out.

Looks like there will be some speedway on Sport Klub thats not a repeat on 11th April at 18.00 so 17.00 UK time. Not to sure what it will be but on Sport Klub website is shows Zuzel: PREMIERA.

OMG i didnt know about this. Just seen the video i know what that is like as that is what happen to me at Eastboure years ago. I didnt know speedway was on last night as i thought all speedway was off untill the 14th which is next week.

i see that cyfra+ have now change there TV channels. I re-tunned the card and i now get nsport and i didnt have to buy an extra card, so i am really pleased about that. Cant wait for the weather to get better in Poland so the speedway can get started

I am going to order a 6 month one so that will see me for most of the season. Many thanks for all the info.

It looks like most of the speedway league will be on N sport which is a shame. I saw on here a little while ago that the speedway was going to be on N Sport as well as Canal+ but for the rest of this month and looks like some of June its going to be on N sport. Does any one have a list of what speedway matches will be on Canal+. I know the GP will be but im looking for Speedway Ekstraliga.

No sorry what i mean is what cahnnel is Kanalsport on. Do they have there own channel or is it a bit like Eurosport on a sky channel.

Just seen speedway on SportKlub tonight at 5pm UK time. Not to sure what the meeting will be but at least there will be speedway on TV.

Its good to see that eurosport is showing speedway. I hope everyone is know looking foward to watching the GPs.

the point is to see who is looking forward to watching the GP. As there is only 10 days to go. I just so excited and sorry if poeple cant get excitied but i am and i was just trying to find out who else is looking forward to it. So going to al your points there is a point to this and its just a genral question. I am a speedway fan not a person who just moans on here about other people on here. so the point once agian is whos is looking forward to watching the SGP as i am.

Cant wait, 10 days to go and the season for SGP will start. I will be up early to watch it LIVE, in HD. Looking forward to it. Who else is looking forward to this years SGP.

Just seen on the website of the UK Speedway series is a no go. What a shame as this was looking to be good.

just had an email from a company from poland saying that the new nc+ card will be from 10-15 March. You can still buy a cyfra+ card up to the 9th March for 18months and nothing will change untill the 18 month runs out.

I dont blame you guys sitting and waiting as 18months is quite long and they could change things, but if you have cyfra+ like i do i dont think they will cahnge anything ie cancel my viewing card or change channels. The reason i think this is that cyfra+ was more expensive for Polsih poeple to have compare to N and also with N you dont need a contract with cyfra+ you do. There are quite a few people in Poland at the mo and they dont want to go over to NC+ when it arrives as there will be a contract for them to sign. Also i cant see they will change much for the channels as they both offer much the same apart from N at the mo offer N sport and Polsat SPort News. I thin when it is all sorted then a 6, 8, 12 month card is more sensible than 18 months if you are unsure on whats going to happen. There is also NC+ facebook where poeple can see whats going on etc. Most Polish poeple have said that the new card wont come out at March it will be more like May. It seems that compaines in Poland are a bit like UK they say its going to happen on this date and then doesnt. If i find anything else out i will pop it on here.

I did contact someone last year about what card to get. They told me they have polsat sport in Poland for the Elite League Speedway and this was a cheaper option for them than Cyfra+ to watch speedway. It looks like that they are inot speedway but couldnt afford to buy Cyfra+ so they went for cyfrowy Polsat. Anyway i asked them about what is the best card to get to show ALL SPEEDWAY. They told me if you get cyfra+ you will have everything covered and even ELite League Speedway in the UK. I know they dont show Polsat Sport on Cyfra+ but if they are right about Polsat showing Elite League then it has to be on PLay Polsat as well as Polsat sport. I am glad that the card i have will still work and that i dont have to buy another one for this new NC+.
