Witches V Devils Ko Cup Semi Final 11-9-14 @ 7-30pm

Job done! Thought Bjerre was superb, really getting stuck in and well deserving of his call up for a guest booking. The Plymouth management must be thrilled at their astute choice. -

The most bizarre decision is why he was not excluded from heat one last week.......he caused 2 'unsatisfactory' starts with the help of the GoPro and got away with it! Poor show all round. -

Let's hope Bjerres camera gets some good shots of the back of Rohan like last week! More to the point, what's he doing with it on his helmet in the first place?? -
Short of re-writing the laws of physics, if you 'park up' in the middle of the bends, you basically lose too much speed and have to get going all over again. He's great when he's got dirt to hold him up, eg. Heat 1 at peterborough. He needs to compare his engine revs with Gino coming out of bend 2 and he'll see why he's so slow. Hasn't anybody had a word? Should they need to? He's a good rider, lovely style, the down side is 1. He's a bit weighty, and 2. Lacks experience. Hopefully having been with SWC squad, he has learnt from the experience, let's hope it from the Polecats and not Bomber Harris.

Let's take the positives out of this non event for the Witches, nobody got hurt! Also, protects averages ready for next year? -
Your description of events is very accurate, well done. Most probably, if old Ulrich had gone down, we'd have had another go. So to summarise, Richie is smarter than Ulrich and Babs was not that smart at all, as she was mugged off. Happy days.......over and out. Although a PS is forthcoming. Very impressed with Roynons efforts, got dialled in and flew. Given his injuries and the fact that I've never been that keen anyway, fair play to the boy.

Richard Hall ..........I believe I heard correctly that when interviewed by Kevin Long, he commented that he was currently 6th in the longtrack GP series? What a bunch of crap that must be now! With the standard that low, Simon Wigg must be turning in his grave. #wiggy #legend

Be interesting how DW's sponsors respond to any ban, 'Monster Joe' looked a little sheepish at the news, after finding out he'd failed. However he was escorting him in the 'Rockabilly Burger Bar' on the Saturday night. In fairness they didn't look pissed up, but if the limit is zero not surprised he did fail.

Riga Gp Tickets 2014
Roland replied to James 12345's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Track might be rubbish, but we all knew that a month ago. Now in a tent in Riga old town with 22 draught beers on tap, so not all bad, off to Dauga in the morning, it's a tough life!! -
Could be a good result then..............whens the cut-off? Many of the teams that may be able to sneak up on us are going to struggle to fit in all matches in hand? Or am I missing something here? Please advise.

No change in the weather.......looking at the Met Office rainfall radar, if we escape between now and ten tonight it will be a miracle. Having said that, better outlook tomorrow in Somerset. 20 point win tonight if it gets underway, podium position in pairs tomorrow? Over and out

Weather looks to be dreadful during the afternoon and early evening. On the plus side, had already decided at the start of the week not to bother making the journey and also the young lady on the BBC weather had a rather nice dress on!

Excellent work from the little fella!

Getting Heeps and Hawkins at reserve would also be very very good. Very Very Good! Not if, but when Camo gets his arse in gear (and he will)............ that's as good as it gets!
-
You're spot on.....its a big if! Your point was well made, just feel we will have the same seven come what may, it is as you say frustrating......very!

I appreciate that Rohan has dropped his average, but be interesting to focus in on the last month compared with the month before? It appears that he's going in the right direction again, more efforts like last night would surely see him get nearer 8. Richie Worrall has certainly got what it takes, its going to happen soon, and when it does, could be very good. Personally I would stick with these 7 and use the remaining fixtures to get in the top 6 six and regain form then be in better form to see what happens in the play-offs. Over and out!
