  1. Hope we don't sign either of the last 2 jokers mentioned.....we need a No.1!!!!!
  2. Tiger Man and Tiger Boy need to 'pull a rabbit' out of their respective hats, so hopefully anything is possible. Lasse going is a blow, Tress staying would be a plus! Does anybody know where the boy Hart is going to land...........might be that his good value average would be used to fit in a big hitter at No.1.........downside.......would this put Tungate in the team?
  3. If there is any way we could sign a17 year old Aussie (who apparently can't be named for legal reasons) we should do so. Doolan will need help in 13 & 15.
  4. I fairness mate you did state it was a rumour, so fair play. From what I've seen Tungate would still be value at 6, but Heeps would be a bit more of a gamble.
  5. The operative word here appears to be rumour! Anyway if thats the case can we have Crump for 6?
  6. I agree with this 100%. Both are super lads and would give their all for any team they were in, but really only PL reserve material. Both their averages would see them in the team at most places. I would like to see a Heeps/Tungate or Heeps/Hart combo at 6 & 7 and build from there.
  7. Yes he is a good captain, just needs a couple of engines. The ones he had this year just didn't like daylight, he got better as the mights drew in!! As for the afternoon bank holiday jobbies.......was it worth turning up?
  8. Along the right lines.........but not Topinka....he's well past his 'best before date'
  9. Anything can happen!....why no predictions? Lets have some fun? Predicting 'no balls in a an over' or something really trivial like how much longer the southern european freeloaders will remain in the eurozone!!!
  10. Thanks for that......as for mid 2012......the mighthy Witches should have won the Premier League by then if all we read on here is for real!!!
  11. All the options/selections suggested would work to varying degrees and it all looks very positive. I've just one question?.....When is the 'Jolly Boys' outing so we can start putting some meat on the bones!
  12. Not sure, but on a ratio of CMA against abilty its all good here! Probably Camo 3.00 and Tungate 5.00
  13. I agree, but you need a fairly balanced set-up to make this work. When the boy Nelson gets going and goes up into the team, you really want somebody of equal abilty coming down. The Blueprint was Eastbourne where they were always going to have either Woodward, Bridger or Dryml to help the sacrificial lamb that was the Finnish kid.
  14. Defo won't be here mate......'silly money' and 'the ipswich promotion' are terms not usually interconnected or used in the same sentence.
  15. I agree......Tungate is nailed on for Redcar, Hart will be good value at reserve. Doolan is no longer No.1 material. Bjerre and Morris would be excellent in 13 & 15 home and away.
  16. Just can't see Harris in the final........he blames the bikes........but he's the one riding the thing! As I see it when he gets to the bend he needs to turn left. Stood by the first corner it Italy.....he rode straight on every time....missed the corner completly, so therefore he was way slow coming out......he appears to be trying far too hard. Mark Courtney needs to stand where I was its obvious, you can't see it on TV or even in the pits.
  17. Or better still lets not mess about. 1. Crump 2. Batchelor 3. Holder 4. Sullivan 5. Ward 6. Watt 7. Heeps That should take some of the pressure off of young Camerons shoulders.
  18. Can't see him bothering with PL next year either........just a bit of wishful thinking!
  19. 1. King 2. Poole 3. Tress 4. Risager 5. Bjerre 6. Hart 7. Heeps
  20. Phil, point taken you're correct. However lets use some sort of measurement, as they say....if you can't measure it, you can't manage it. A plug guage up the exhaust would elimnate all avenues of cheating. Use a final outlet size accross a wide range/degree of engine tune and elinate the following. Atmospheric pressure, humidity, degree of ignition advance and human error. Are the people looking at this engineers?
  21. Perhaps we could go back to the diameter guage up the exhaust outlet, then all machine examiners could have one and there's no worrying the manufacturer to examine internals. Anyway.......wheres the noise testing man when you need one, surely that must be the acid test.
