I do remember a couple years ago the Speedway Star tipping the next big foreign youngster ready to burst on the speedway scene and both Eric and his brother were ones to watch out for.
-
Probably near the truth than any of the other statements made about the two. End of the day both Cook and Stead were pretty much head and shoulders above anyone else in the league.
-
He certainly hasn't doany team riding from my knowledge since he came back to the club. But I remember Doug Wyer been the same when he rode at number 1. I think certain riders can team ride and some can to be fair with the way Steady rides I don't think I would want to try and team ride with him,

Will be interesting to see how the lad copes with the track at Armadale, its going to be very much a culture shock for him. Have to agree with you it is a big risk taking him on.
-
Okay fair enough you say that none us have the right answer, if you know that we are all wrong you must know what is right.

Actually depends who you believe. Somerset and Berwick would claim that its is the BSPA. But I seem to remember Rob Godfrey saying it was clearly stated that the likes of Jack Holder would come in on a 7 point average.

You.

The ruling come effectively from the Immigration department from the Government. Its nothing that anyone can do anything about. Yes its tough and most of us will not think it is fair as Aussie riders have been loyal to British speedway.
-
Try googling his name and on may occasions where he is describe as a Australian/ Greek. there is also an article in Greek where the Greeks are claiming as one of there own.

How have Sheffield bent the rules.

The options are very limited, you can rule out Andre Compton as his average is too high. A 5 point European would be a gamble as much as Ben Wilson or Jason Bunyan. Definitely throws Somersets team plans for 2015 into disarray.

Speedway Champions League ?
spin king replied to PolskiZuzel's topic in International World of Speedway
Does anyone really care. Doomed to failure from the word go and amazed it even got to the racing stage last season. Riders riding in more than one team in different countries means logistical it is a nightmare. If I want to watch my team I want to the riders that are racing for my team that season, not a select team of riders that have not ridden for the club years ago. -
Adam Ellis.

To be fair I am not too sure myself. its a minefield for Aussies to get over here. Which find a bit irksome to be honest when you consider how they appear to far more loyal to British speedway than any other speedway nation.
-
I thought that they had to finish in the top 8, or has their been another change in the rules.
-
So if he is coming over to race over here then that leaves Plymouth, Newcastle, Glasgow or Berwick who can fit the lad into their team for the start of the season. My guess is that Plymouth could well be the favourites to get his signature.
-
I think that is the way I would go regards the team as well.

Who is Liam Rumsey's Dad then?

Welcome to Sheffield Jack Lee.

I await White Knight getting in on the act, banging on about the tactical ride.

James Sarjeant Newcastle Team Building Craig Cook's engine. What has the above got to do with Sheffield 2015? .

The team has a lot of potential. And it will be a very entertaining team, and for once I can really say that I am excited and cannot wait for the season to start. The new Promotion have put together a carefully constructed good side together.

a Typhoon has landed at Sheffield.
