  1. To be fair I think that he had got it about right up until the Scott Nicholls decision.
  2. Sorry Sub, okay you don't rate the guy, but come on Scott did not dump on Ipswich, he did want many a sportsman does at any club, he asked for a transfer, he never let Ipswich down, okay I can accept that he might have dumped on his Swedish club, but there are numerous amount of riders who have done the same thing AJ, Tony Rickardsson, Greg Hancock, but to name a few. Your constant pulling down of any British rider, he becoming tiresome and very very boring.
  3. I think that you will find that they will go with at least one GB rider, because Cardiff is one of the main GP's, what I would like to see is a a Grand Prix A and a Grand Prix B, both Grand Prix to run on the same day at different venues, after each Grand Prix the bottom 4 from the Grand Prix A would be replaced by the top four from Grand Prix B. Do away with the semi final's and the finals, and replace them with run off's between riders who have tied on points, the winner of the World title would be the rider who accumelates the most points in the A grand Prix.
  4. Very sad news, my thoughts are with his family and friends.
  5. Well Done to James Sargeant back to winning ways.
  6. 1st james sarjeant 2ndjason garity 3rd john resch 4th jack hirst sorry thats all i know spin king juniour
  7. Good Luck to James Sargeant, and I hope that the engine is okay for this meeting.
  8. To be honest I am trying to provoke an answer from a certain Forum member, this is the 2nd time I have asked him to answer the question to this answer.
  9. If this is the way to go then I would include the top eight, the Under 21 Champion and the Wild Card, the other six would come from from the qualifiers.
  10. Right start a topic to try and get an answer from Subedei, should nominating riders to enter the Grand Prix be stopped for all riders, should all riders that don't finish in the top eight of the Grand Prix be made to qualify
  11. Thanks for clearing that up.
  12. I am sure that I read somewhere that Stuart Mountford was the son of a former rider, assumed that the this must have been his father.
  13. I remember a rider who rode for Stoke in the 70's and 80's I think his name was Stuart Mountford who was I believe an Aussie were they related.
  14. I think that you find that he was born in Barnsley, you could be right about him growing up in Sheffield though, Hoyland is actually on the border of Barnsley and Sheffield, but actually in Barnsley.
  15. Seems that I was right then.
  16. Yes certainly, if want to come across and say hello, I will be sat on some benches on the first bend, I am usually on the middle one, and I will be wearing a blue Wilson T Shirt.
  17. I think that you mean Hoyland, which is actually Barnsley, and yes Reg Wilson was a very good friend of his.
  18. Can only tell you for home fixtures 1 full and 1paid.
  19. Shame really, as much as Wee Willy Lawson has improved around Sheffield I would not put him in the contenders for the title.
  20. Going on the performances when last at Sheffield the Swede would stand a very good chance of winning.
  21. Don't know whether Topinka will qualify for the PLRC, and I don't think that I have ever seen Doyle go that well around Sheffield, but the others are more than capable of beating Andre 2008, also I would add to that list Tai Woffenden.
  22. Yeah you can say that, but this would create an even more fixture overload if you include qualifying rounds.
  23. Well Done to the Comets, I see the home advantage debate has already started on here, and quite frankly people should put this debate to bed, Workington did not have their number 1 rider, one of the other regular top 4 was not fully fit, so this was an excellent win. Hard lines to the Stars of Kings Lynn who very nearly pull off a win, they were one of my tips for the top, very unusual for me to get right, maybe if Rusty Harrison had been there they might just have sneaked it. I think that the riders and fans of the Edinburgh Monarchs will have been very disappointed, but this might just brought them back down to earth, and gewt them refocussed on the rest of the honours that they are still in the chase for. As for my own team, well that is the story of our season, no consistency, we came on stronger towards the end of the qualifying stages, but the damage had already been done in the earlier races. Once again Well Done to the Comets.
  24. Quite possible, but even with others with weakened teams, I think that we might struggle to get past the qualifying stages.
