  1. I rarely drink these days, but well done for spotting my obvious mistake ,which reminds me are joining us on Sunday.
  2. Been to see Kevin today the Landlord of the New Barrack Tavern to pre warn him that we will be coming to the meeting on mass, and he was pleased that we coming to the pub, turns out he is a bit of a speedway fan himself and is talking about coming across to watch the meeting himself. He has told me that food wise Sunday is a carvery only, I have not tried one myself, but I know Bluejam has and it looked very nice and excellent value for money, also pre everybody that the Barrack is a Real Ale pub, so be warned the beer and larger is very strong.
  3. Squall answered the question on the PLRC thread, I don't drive so I could not answer the question. QUOTE (crikeythatsfast @ Sep 21 2009, 11:55 AM) * Has anyone any idea what time the car park opens at the stadium please? It's never shut. Last year we were there before the staff
  4. Seem to remember that there was a date for it earlier in the season, but was canceled due to rain offs.
  5. No probs mate, I suspect he was coming when I saw Plymouth Argyle were around near the foot of the Championship, the man needs something to cheer him up.
  6. You know me mate 4 or 5 pints and I have just about had my limit,I remember the last time mate boy did I suffer.
  7. I was gonna suggest 1pm onwards, but if you want to be there for opening time feel free to get there, I should be there at around 12.50 pm, but I reckon Paulco and his group along with Falkirk Bandit should be there for the pub opening,as they are stopping at the Garrison Hotel, a minutes walk from the pub.
  8. Go for it an excellent idea, I was going to suggest a sweepstake, but your idea sounds better.
  9. Well I am strictly a National League reserve when it comes to drinking,I rarely drink these days and a Lager Shandy guy, but might just be tempted to have a few pints of the Real Ale stuff.
  10. Probably the same for Scunthorpe, bit disappointed with Newcastle though.
  11. No problem mate, would be nice if you can make the pre meeting, will be a home from home for you as Berwick seem to be the best represented side, but you know where to find us in the stadium. Teams still not represented; Newcastle Scunthorpe Somerset.
  12. To be honest I thought it was Gary Havelock who said that, but not to worry who said it they got it completely right, Ole Olsen is killing the sport, totally one dimensional and void of ideas on track preparation.
  13. What about the John Travolta of Redcar, Pat I Love To Boogie Sharpe.
