  1. You are such a derrière full of verbal diarrhoea
  2. Was the merchandise there in the first place, I doubt it very much Seem to remember a similar incident at Somerset when Mr Pavett was in charge. I hope that he doesn’t owe the aussies money because they will stick together, and rightly so, and believe me I wouldn’t want to encounter James Holder when he’s upset
  3. How about a consortiun of fans etc buying him out while the value is low
  4. I sponsored the trophies for an individual meeting a couple of years ago with a perpetual cup and a trophy for the four finalists and that cost under £150 with all the engraving. If I remember rightly at the Premier Pairs at Somerset a few years ago the BSPA only supplied a cup for the winners and the late Ian Thomas was so incensed by this that he promised to buy the Workington riders (who I believe where runners up) a trophy out of his own pocket
  5. Bowden will make up some lame excuse why he's not been paid, could be he earned too much money which was not in the contract
  6. Understand where your coming from Cliff but the lads have not had a lot of track time of late like some other teams but we could have done with a meeting on friday just to sharpen them up, lets see what we can do in the pairs in august
  7. This is the link that I use it's fairly good http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=uk7dayx7;page=5;ct=9702~Eastbourne;sess=#forecast
  8. The Heff scored 18 in Germany last week
  9. I think you will find that Nathan will have to keep the “ROD” in his leg for about 18 months, it could then be removed any time after that subject to medical approval the same as happened with Ben Barker but hopefully without any infections setting in. But I still find it hard to believe that three riders have suffered broken femurs in 8 days Luke Bowen at Somerset Nathan Stoneman at Scunthorpe Richie Worrall at Workington Good luck to all three and a speedy recovery
  10. I can’t understand why people are moaning about the so called “sun break” are you true fans or Gaullists who want to see the riders injured. Imagine if you are driving along the road turn a bend and the sun is straight in your face you are blind for a second but you can lower the sun visor and restore your vision, but when a speedway rider gets blinded by the sun he can’t see the fence or another rider and one second without vision could result in a horrific accident. We have seen enough injuries in speedway this year and I for one do not begrudge a 10 minute break from racing to ensure a riders safety, there is a lot you can do like a trip to the food out let or go for a comfort break
  11. Look at him now 10 from 5 at the IOW is no mean feat for a young lad
  12. I am glad that my post wound you up, maybe now you will understand how posts from you and snackette trying to make out that Ipswich is so perfect winds everybody else up
  13. Yet another good nights racing from Nathan scored 10 from 5 away at the IOW This lad is a star of the future yet he never gets a mention at Somerset on a Friday night or a mention in the program and never on the web site. From what I have been told Nathan should be signing for Somerset in September, surely this in not a way to treat a future asset, pull your finger out Somerset or you could lose him to another track. You have been warned..................
  14. Wish it was a little nearer to the west country but it's a long way to Mildenhall on a pension, but best of luck to Nathan Stoneman, hope he's feeling better
  15. Gary O'Hare now theres a blast from the past
  16. Two ambulances will cost about £600-800 for the session dependent on who the provider is. The medical requirements require either 2 A&E standard ambulances with crew or 1 A&E standard ambulance plus a fully equiped first aid room where a casualty can be treated until a NHS ambulance arrives, most medical officers inform ambulance control and the nearest A&E unit that a meeting is taking place with the start and finish time
  17. What a debut 15 years old and opens his league career with a win and to go on to net 5+1 from 4 rides Somerset really need to look after this lad and sign him for the future
  18. I have watched Nathan ride Grass track since he was about 4 years old, I then started to follow him during after meeting practice at the Oak Tree Arena and watched him progress from a raw junior on a 250cc bike to a making his debut at the OTA on a 500cc and at all times he has shown that he was in control of the bike. We will all have to have patience with him and Josh while they learn their trade, I have every confidence that both riders will learn a great deal from Cameron, Mike, Kevin & Chris
