think you need to get to some meetings instead of sitting behind your keyboard that way you could form a proper opinion.

so what he still only has half the average Ryan has and unlike Ryan will never ride at number one, will always be where he is best suited, at reserve.
-
he has a lower average for a reason and rob probably only has so many spare air bags he can use at anyone time.
-
don't know if lasse got paid or not but what I do know is he was advised by his doctors not to ride this year after suffering that nasty hip injury and as I am sure your aware he destroyed every engine he owned, ending up on borrowed engines because he couldn't afford to repair them.as for dropping his average I don't buy it,riding borrowed equipment and carrying a nasty injury from the previous year is bound to have some effect and correct me if I am wrong did he not have a regular mechanic this year but the previous season he had someone fulltime? I am sure a combination of borrowed bikes/engines, carrying injuries and no regular mechanic would affect the best riders around and the first thing to take a hit would be the average.

i think scunny have put a very entertaining team togeather that will be very hard to beat at home, they should be there or there abouts come the end of the season its a shame they didn't bring lasse bjeere in instead of wilko what a team that would of been.

-

if its going to be elite league speedway for Leicester in 2017 then maybe the schools in the Leicester area might agree to the kids taking the 10 weeks holidays off in one go starting in april finishing mid to late june which is about the length of the loins season's since they joined the elite.happy days the kids wont miss any meetings. i'll get me coat and see myself out.

lasse bjeere or anders mellgren on there currant avergages would seem to be a no brainer and what about tempting karlsson back he would be a good leader.

cook is not cheap that's for sure and bjerre wont ride unless he is on mega money, why has he not ridden in the uk until now? that says it all plus he lives in the uk he could of fitted into any uk club and at any level.danes don't do favours unless there is an offer of big dosh on the table that's common knowledge . -

i dont know for sure obviously but i bet bjerre will be on a 2 grand per meeting garuntee and cookie wont be far behind him and there is still 5 others riders to pay, can the club sustain this who knows time will tell but one thing for sure ged's plan does not seem to be working.win at all cost is a dangerous game to play. -

doing it right, providing entraining speedway at a cost that is not putting the club in financial danger, probably the full scunny team wont cost as much a cook and bjerre and you ask what are scunny doing I will tell what they are doing they are winning their home meetings which Peterborough seem to struggle to do with their over priced super stars. -

i could not agree more thats why a rider should be able to for safety reasons clear the track even if that means going on the precious grass, without hassle off the flag marshal. -

its pretty simple really what the difference between a flag marshal and a rider being on the grass? its the same as asking the rugby players not to cross the track to get onto the pitch, what harm is it doing? -

it just seem a bit petty thats all i am saying if a rider is not allowed on there then how come the flag marshal's are cant see the damage caused would be any different.what if the air ambulance had to land on the pitch would they be told they cant? -

would pushing a bike across the grass cause more damage than 20 plus blokes with studded boots skidding and sliding around, seems a bit petty too me. maybe riding a bike i could understand but pushing it i wouldn't of thought so.do they allow a grass cutter on the pitch that i would guess would be far heavier than a speedway bike. -
they are an embarrassing trio, david yulia and norrie, throw in dave darcy and you have the complete comedy act thats second to none.
-
pontus aspergren (if thats how you spell his name) a decent rider who would score points in the prem.

tell us when throughout his speedway career has ben barker not had personal problems or issues, has there ever been a time? shame because the guy has so much talent that seems to of been wasted. -
at the end of the day we all love our speedway and should be grateful to be able to support our local track wherever that maybe be,over the years speedway has given me much more than good racing its given me the chance to meet good people and forge new friendships up and down the country and too me thats been more important than watching the odd crap meeting.
