Poole v Wolves. Prem B. 5/9/18

Ned Payne doesn’t seem to impressed tonight so far. I’m sure that we will be told what an awesome track it’s been. ‘’Pirates 13-11 up after four heats. The highlight so far a jet-propelled gate from Grajczonek in heat one.’’ -
I would say that's quite a good guess, he's done well for you guys & seems to like the track. Would make perfect sense.

Kings Lynn v Poole Wednesday August 29th
hyabb17 replied to racers and royals's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
No it wasn't. The referee at the time prevented us from using an higher averaged rider than R/R either though we were behind by more than 6 & wanted to use a tac sub. I think it was Batch for an tac sub ride. -

Not sure that's correct, Swindon were prevented from using a tac sub on an RR ride this season. -

I’m sorry but I don’t buy that. Momentum into the play offs is massive. KL’s have that. I think they’re the team to fear along with somerset, that my opinion & not to stoke Poole fans up. -

Great start......For Kings Lynn....15-3 up. -
Wroyna into the main body will be an issue as his power scoring at reserve will be lost. Klindt is so inconsistent (if he gates he wins). I still think Poole have a number of ''what if's''. That's my opinion. Only time will tell if that is right. Looking at the 4 teams I think KL are the danger side now, all riders coming into form at the right time. I think the result at Poole a number of weeks ago is a ''one off'' for those boys. BV losing Bewley is a massive dent for them. Somerset with Doyle's scoring at 1 & the two reserves are strong.

Funny how Musielak has just gone through the tapes in heat 10 -
Is this a wind up or a genuine update, I know you will be at Poole tonight but us Robins fans are geneuonly worried about our future, that’s not down to Terry Russell but more so Stadia UK.

TRACK: Well it's damp, put it that way. I'd be surprised if they don't get the grader out before the meeting. Before gates opened the home riders weren't best pleased with the track, stating too much water had been put down. Could be all about hugging that kerb early on Interesting comments above. -

Why wasn’t Klindt excluded there? Touched the tapes? -

Fair play to your honest assessment. Sometimes it pays to hear what people who were there say. Was it rider pressure then? -

Saves a few quid in wages....coincident. -
Hans has tweeted this morning praising the track staff for all the work they did & managed to serve up a good race track. Good work by all considering the amount of rain which came down around 5.30ish...

Poole & the future of English riders....oh wait.....
-
Which bodes well for us considering he’s one of our assets.
-
His track craft is a joy to watch, can ride inside & out. He’s come on so much in a year which is probably what I should have put. We tend to give riders time which is why we reap the benefits. Zach, Adam to name two.
-
The kid is English & 20 years old...unlike other teams we’ve stuck with a young English rider & he’s repaying us, the same can be said about Ellis....remind me who you follow again?
-
Zach is such a brilliant rider, so glad we’ve a rider like that in our ranks
-
We had a massive downpour about 5.30 which has made the track wet so before you sit & judge find out the facts first pls. The riders have had a practice (full speed as in helmets) & have asked for some more work done on bends 1 & 2. The tractor is out with the blade.
-
They’ve just said that gates 3 & 4 need some work as they’re wet. need to break it up, approx 5-10 mins more of tracker racing. At least the track has some water in it....
-
No I agree but I think we were only granted so many Thursday meeting's. We may have already used these which could explain the Wednesday night match.
-
I see RR has returned under another name. Dude, get over it. It's the be all & end all who set's up what.
