Personally I think as a Somerset supporter we would be far better off in the EL with Swindon, Poole ect. But this isn't possible due to money we really are the black sheep of the league now!

Ellis is younger, as good if not better, British & has big sponsorship now.. Can't see how Lewis is meant to be a better choice!?

I am afraid that we might end up seeing Holder back... Adam with the right equipment can easily be a heat leader in the PL an a No. 1 in the NL I've watched him ride a few times and he's a breath of fresh air for British speedway!

Adam Ellis has signed for a PL club.. Personally I would say Wright out and Ellis in would make us a force home and away next season!

Wouldn't be a massive surprise.. after all he carries a major team sponsor!

Just know that we haven't done enough. 5. did your team do better or worse than expected? Hard to say I thought we would go all the way but then we lost Tom & Doyley.. But overall try did us proud 6. best fans to visit your track? Scunny or Lions 7. best track( other than your own team) Hard to say.. The only track I though was any good that I visited this season was our track even that at times was gate and go. I guess the World Cup match at Lynn was the best I have seen this season.. 8. worst points of the season? The death of #Rico true legend - still hasn't sunk in. Also losing Doyley just before the final..

No matter what any bitter fan may say. Scunthorpe are the 2012 PL champions! Well earned! We pushed you to the last bend of the last race couldn't get any closer! Congratulations to everyone involved with Scunthorpe Speedway. Enjoy it while it lasts we'll be back next year!

Can I just point out Doyleys and Dakota's argument is a great read.. Doyley put him in his place .

James Wright (6.73) Michael Palm Toft (5.21) Kyle Newman (5.31) Edit: If Dudley move up and we lose Tom then I would love to see Simon Lambert (4.41) or Carl Wilkinson (4.66) at number 6

Before people make assumptions I think they should think about the reasons behind decisions. Anybody who have spoken to our management team would know they are complete and utter professionals! They did what they thought was best. Congratulations Scunny, We'll be back next year!

I think the management messed up by not getting Lewis' rides out the way. Wrighty started good but looked slow later on! He needs to score and score big if we are to win the title on Sunday. I don't think we should have let them get the tatical anyway role on Sunday!
