And if they fail to win the final give them the trophy anyway. -
All the boys looked quick today, I know it's easy to go quick when you are on your own, but they certainly were not holding back. Danny is a hoot, looking forward to seeing him win his first race. Nice to see a Jimmy Tannock brick installed on wall.

A bit of an overreaction, why close the tread out of respect? Respect of what? no one has died. Hope something can be done to save them.
-
Wrong, they pumped money in to buy the stadium and rebuild it. Money to keep the speedway and football afloat was only a small percentage.
-
Just the same way that they "invite" people to donate to their fighting fund annually.
-
Monarchs begging riders to come and fill the No. 7 spot.
-
Don't change the subject.

Got to agree with you on challenges. Four riders, four laps that's a race, that's why I go to speedway.
-
Greyhound races are sometimes over six bends. A race of 670meters the dog would run bends 3&4 then 1&2 then 3&4 again, that's when the race starts on the back straight.
-
Don't start.
-
To my mind a rider should be ready for grip, it shouldn't be unexpected.
-
I spoke to the Scottish Retired Greyhound Trust representative and she said that about two thousand dog whereabouts were unknown. Sometimes trainers retire and rehome dogs with friends or keep them themselves, so there whereabouts are unknown.
-
Could you point me in the direction where these figures can be found?
-
No of course not. No one is saying that engines can't be be sold "down" a league, if they did then that WOULD be a problem.
-
If riders are buying new equipment each year and they are told that for the following year that they must have the standardised equipment I don't any see a problem with them being left with engines that don't meet the new regulations.
-
It would make more sense to introduce them from the top down, then riders could sell their old gear to riders down a league.
-
Did Edinburgh not say that they couldn't get anyone to travel on Fridays leading them to try for Davey?
-
The point was that Alex put forward Edinburgh's race night is Friday, long may it continue at Armadale, not Saturdays.
-
I genuinely find that hard to believe. You can't watch T.V. or read newspapers in that case. You only follow speedway but I'll bet you've heard of Manchester United and The Beatles.
