Personally I think if you have ridden for a club for a set number of years, as frigbo suggests five years, you should be allowed in free. Maybe a card allowing a discount would be possible. I believe this point is on the agenda with the B.S.P.A.

When an application was made to build a greyhound stadium and houses at Wallyford, East Lothian, the condition was that a number of houses would be built followed by the stadium. Steels were put up for a stand then more houses were built.. No further work was done on the stadium but the houses have all been built.
