    Ok so I'm looking everywhere for the rules about planning permission for speedway tracks to be built. A friend and i have an area on which we would like to build a track but for only practice purposes. What it is I am struggling to find is the condition on planning permission that you need to abide by if any for such thing? Does anyone know what you need to do and go about to make such thing happen? Cheers
