  1. i think 8 is a lot to expect especially if he moves up almost imediately , however there must be a lot of people agree with you as jordan was wanted by every team in the league as far as i can see. looking forward to watching his battles with bickley & brennan in particular.
  2. having smashed himself up in 2015 , he was probably still getting his confidence to come back in 2016 , at 40 he's not going to shrug it off like a 20 yr old . for what it's worth , i say give him a chance and i don't think he'll let you down.
  3. do you mean staechmann ? as in jan staechmann.
  4. check out the crash that jake turner had at rosebank 3 yrs ago on you tube , he's lucky to be here at all.
  5. thanks, just scrolled back to see , got a couple of points more than i thought. so if it's kelsey , and i have my doubts, there's 5.21 left.
  6. they'll have all the churches and chapels holding candlelit vigils just like when the sex pistols came to caerphilly
  7. if this team betters the last 2 seasons we're in for a treat . are people still sure that kelsey is back as i have doubts now that powell has re-signed . the dugards have said that one of the two to be announced will surprise some people. if kelsey signs, which wouldn't surprise anyone, does it mean that the other will be a 3 pointer so isn't he likely to be a surprise to everyone ?
  8. i gotta agree here , it's too much. it's supposed to be for a family sport not from a stephen king novel. can't wait to see the mascot though that should scare us all sh***less
  9. so who is the 3rd party that did the damage and why ?
  10. i gather we are talking henry not tony
  11. hopefully they're all going to be a challenge for you not impressed with the eagles so far then ?
  12. if that's the case it's plymouth , belle vue or lakeside , he rode for everybody else
  13. not sure that can happen can it ? surely the idea is that all the money goes to a new or up-keep of the old fence. riders ride for nothing as they benefit from it , can't see that happening in a lge or cup meeting. i like the individual idea as i've got a dvd of tony atkin winning the afc from buxton from a few years ago so jayne has done that before , perhaps it didn't make the same amount as a home & away friendly .
  14. i think if you hadn't been accepted in there would had been a lot of questions needed to have been answered. hope to get down for a few meetings myself next season . has it been announced if they are racing fri's or sat's as i don't know .
  15. that's a championship team so going by next season could be entered into the premiership
  16. is this luke harris who was at eastbourne last season ? if so i found him a bit of a strange one , i have no facts & figures but from memory he was thrown into the No 2 spot and was brillant scoring 3/4's but didn't do that well when dropping to reserve.
  17. with grieves & govier on the island that means no room for kelsey ? so will the prodigal be returning ? if alex is right and no ben that's another of mine out of the picture as the dugards have suprised me with 2 already so i am pulling my hair out with the possibilities . i'll have to start on the unmentionable hairy places soon as i didn't have that many on my head to start with.
  18. i assume that if fans turn out to watch these swindon all stars in enough numbers not to loose money they will be looking to enter a sprockets team next year so isn't that good ?
  19. wasn't it a couple of seasons ago that there was a hackney/lakeside with hackney based at rye house ? and certainly in the late 90's 2nd tier sides did it , newport & exeter were western warriors, swindon & reading were raven sprockets and you had the anglian angels i think.
  20. i hope you have an easier time running the devils Laurence .
  21. but i thought that last year and he signed for the brummies then.
  22. got to say i'm both disappointed and surprised by perks' news . thought championship and national would have suited him better for another year remembering his scores at plymouth i think he's in for a tough year . good luck to him though.
