You can't really use the 1.4 though. You'd expect an average rider to hit around 82% of their average, given teams will drop from 50 to around 41. Sedge is hitting under 80% and hence can be said to not be riding to his average.I wouldn't change him though, happy with the team.

The only reason I can see is in relation to rule 16.5.2.2 where without that rule it would seem only rr would be available. If the intention of 18.10.1 is to allow either guest or rr, why statr if permitted by 18.10?

Madness to ditch tungate imo. There will be plenty of points avaliable if somerset want to strengthen, and you won't get a better rider than tungate on a 5 point average or whatever he is in at that stage.

The rules are clear. Poole can have a guest as Kerr is a double upper riding for his other team. Somerset were not allowed a guest for a missing member 2-5 who is not a double upper.In this case the rules are clear I don't know why people are struggling with them.

So presumably he will stay at 4.34 or alternatively he could become a 2 (minimum possible average, he is averaging below this) which would permit a like for like swap with Bailey. Stars currently looking like they will have a couple of spare points

BV can only choose rr. Somerset should not be allowed a guest for hougaard it should be rr. Guest only for missing du or number 1 in the main body of team.

It seems rules on guests are being ignored this season, and unless the opposition manager spots it immediately illegal guests are allowed

Belle Vue do get a facility for Bjerre. Rr is a facility Absence of Bjerre definitely weakens the Aces given that his rides cannot be taken by fricke or cook. Aces should still win by 10 though
