But scb didn't call him a rapist or guilty of rape, he said he was accused of rape. Why did you dispute that?
-
Agreed. But was the only reason I could think of why phil and twk would post that he hadn't been accused of rape.
-
I think pretty much everyone does! Poole kl coventry and aces are a pretty much unanimous choice ar present
-
Upon checking, looks like it was sexual assault he was accused of? There u go, a pillar of society!
-
re-read what scb wrote. Which part of it is not a fact?

which part?

where do you come up with those figures when the rules say 7 in pl and 4 in el.note also that finishing top 4 in a state championship makes a rider elegible, surely a genuinely promising aussie should be able to achieve that (or a 7 pt pl average).

oh so your a legal expert are you? Spoke with a brief 26 years experience he says its a joke. #whoneedsfacts #needafewbeers

I wouldn't bet on that, especially if starman's maths is as good as his logic...

What The Visa Issues Could Mean For Teams.
waiheke1 replied to doners1234's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
as others have pointed out, the rules around visa elegibility have been unchanged for 5 years, and those rules have been breached. If there are new rules also breached thst jst makes it worse. -
what is your basis for stating holder would come in on a 3? if milik was joining the league this year I doubt he would still come in on a four. As others have pointed out, other than an nl rider it would be nonsense for any rider yo be assessed under 5.holder wouldnt fulfil visa requirements as I understand them coming in on less than 4? And how would holder be a risk on a three? He would clearly improve on that average And how would holder be a risk on a three? He would clearly improve on that average

ll - I think u are "spectacularly missing" scbs point.

to consider someone drunk I would say they would have to be over uk limit. Lets say reading at least 0.1%. A practiced drinker may need to be higher. as an utterly irrelevant side note, nz drink drive limit just got reduced from 0.08% to 0.05% which after two months is already making noticeable change to people's drink/drive behaviour(I.e. less beers at lunch or afterwork).
-
surely a starting point would be the legal road drink drive limit, which I believe he was well under?to be considered"drunk" id say maybe 50% over. to be clear, that it no way mitigates ward, clearly unacceptable to be ready to race with any alcohol in his system. but to describe him as drunk is imho totally inaccurate. From what ive heard the danno case was quite different?
-
Uk martin - darcy wasnt drunk when tested

Bobby beaton at 8? you didnt miss much in the 80s, kenny mckinna was the best scotsman but wouldn't make the team ahead of any u have named
-
and ytesam agreed with you.but its not correct to say he would have had no punishment if that was the ban handed down, missing a great chance to be world champ due to suspension is quite significant. are you sidney in disguise...?
-
So weatherwatcher - would ypu rather ukvi had revoked visas mid season? The rules havent been "thrown" at bspa the last couple oftyears, the same rules have been in place for the last five at least. im pretty sure it will just be the processing centre based in manilla (pretty standard for large entities), not the whole dept. do you really think ukvu can cobstantly monitor every sponsor.all the time? End of the day, it is the fault of the clubs and bspa, and they seem to have got off very likely given the systemic breaches.

pawlicki would surely make coventry the strongest side on paper and second favourites. Surely the inceased wages would be largely offset by increased gates and almist certain play off revenue?

Gavan - how do you justify your statement that a ban til august means that ward won't have missed much racing? He will have missed a full season? its pretty clear that yerropes was saying that even if he lined up in march, then ward has still been punished, just not as strongly punished as many (Including yerropes)would say was fair. not sure why the tantrum?

Riders Gardening At The Tapes

I'm certain you would get more people attending if a meeting took 90 minutes rather than 120-150 minutes.
