Is it Newcastle?
-
No rules broken, but did benefit from the ludicrous decision to use converted Pl averages. Not going to complain about buzz not being classed as a 2nd string, as that is effectively countered by Davey watt being classed as a hl when he shouldn't have been
-
So batch can't come in for NBJ.don't think he would fit to replace mads either. He would fit I think for Rory if this injury rules him out.
-
Surely 6 cannot be stoke? I'll go with that being Middlesborough?
-
Tbh he is a master of stating the obvious, so from time to time it is inevitable!
-
Would be a great launch meeting. But at this stage the only sensible thing is to wait for the track to be 100% right, whenever that may be.
-
Tbf if garrity was at reserve and u had a strong 2nd string you'd have been OK with king. As it is the option in may is surely to swap woryna for a 3rd hl. Would be madness to get rid of King instead.
-
Or lambert...(Scoring above averages, would say both pretty much did their job). Lambert would have scored one more but for engine problems, solid if not spectacular scoring. A lot tougher riding as hl in this format.
-
Um.. I don't think that anyone said holder's views were wrong? Except for his comments about belle Vue that were factually incorrect. And being less articulate than tai. But don't let that stop u having another defensive "everyone hates poole" rant...

Moran was a superb racer at least in the 80s, but also certainly a better gater than ermolenko. And apologies all that I haven't updated 88 and 89, since getting back from Rio my average time to finish work for the day is around this (2.30am) so time to complete the list has been very limited. Will get there soon! Edit to add: ermolenko was clearly also a brilliant racer, surpassing Moran. Moran was for me the most stylish rider to grace the racetrack.

We've already seen there won't be a plan. If there was a plan it would have been in place from the start of the first season of the new format. There will be some conversion for such riders worked out at the end of the season, and it will be beneficial for Poole. And that's not a complaint about Poole, but those promoters who agree to it.

Tbf the ludicrous team building rules mean that a team can totally transform in may when the hl list vanishes. It's fair to say we know Leicester won't, and last season would seem to indicate coventry won't,but KL might. And maybe coventry will surprise and replace woryna with a hl.

Come on Gemini..... you have seen enough of RPS posts to know she NEVER.... produces facts to support her..... position when called out....
-
I did read his post, and frankly thought it nonsense. I politely asked him a number of questions in response, and received no reply.

There is only one source, and that is who I was referring to. Though it's fair to say he infects others, and we end up with pages of arguing with someone who doesn't have the brains to be called an idiot.

It's like gonorrhea, but less intelligent...

Because they are not smart enough.. such a system should have been in place from day (for all riders not justcreserves) of tye new heat format. SCB for example worked out a weighting system to do this. Anyone with a brain and rudimentary maths understanding could do it, sadly through bspa appear mot to have anyone who meet that criteria.

Surely it's not the riders role to interpret the rule book? If they have had it incorrectly explained then their argument is with the club who incorrectly explained it The rule as per the rulebook is clear cut.

Danes Threaten Boycott Of Gp Quali
waiheke1 replied to iris123's topic in International World of Speedway
The Danes have always had issues like this,I remember in 86 when they gave the wildcard from the Danish final to Sam nicolajensen, but then after pressure reversed that decision and gave it to Tommy knudsen instead. -
Morans and Collins' would be favorites I'd say, ahead of Boococks Mortons and Grahames? Sure there are some other leading pairs I've omitted
-
Crumps surely a notch ahead of the Louis pair? Mauger,Briggs and Olsen pairs all capable of picking up third, or even 2nd if senior scored a max and junior bear the other juniors (excited Louis and Crump)
