Although it is frustrating for folk, especially within speedway,,, but honestly, not just speedway, lots of other businesses need to adapt to the new digital era and catch up with technology, cos it ain't going away.
'Come to work, don't come to work',,, forget about your contracted hours, get paid for what you do!
Yeah,,, on 2nd thoughts, it's not the best idea in Waaaaaaaakkkkaaa, probly couldn't afford the insurance premium, it could easily get stolen whilst it was being watched.
No, al leave that to you.
Was trying to give the guy the heads up,,, a think the big steps under the canopy wouldn't be ideal for folding chairs,,, but if there is room for chairs at the bottom, thats great.
The guy said he had booked tickets, is the walkway being used as the 'covid travel corridor', so maybe at present won't be able to accommodate seats?,,, just saying.
Am thinking, it's the area under the grandstand with no seating. The steps are pretty high, say about 8/10 inches and, a bit steep, so maybe not great for folding chairs, they're ok to sit on with a cushion I suppose. There was some wooden seats/table near to the entrance area, but not sure if they can be used.
But John, I don't listen to Metro or read newspapers,,, if it's not on the cartoon channel, I'm unlikely to see/hear it,,, unless it's on when 'Vera' is on, or the horse racing.
Just out of interest, if the majority of the fan base does not use 'twitface' or this forum, how do you think they could be contacted/reminded that speedway does still exist?
