  1. ar right, ok,,, al have to figure out the PM thing, or get somebody to show me the carry-on, have'nt gotta clue with technical stuff,,, but cheers anyway
  2. does anyone know if tickets are still available for the dinner dance ???,,, cheers
  3. agree with you about riders getting injured and that, and with a smaller team, surely it will be even harder to cover and then we'd end up with more guests ,,,I'm sure that with even less riders on show, more people would want to come, not ,,, and if you have NL riders at reserve, won't they infact, be PL riders ??? Oh,,, n btw,,, I think 'doubling up' should be allowed, if that's what it says in the rules,,,
  4. why's that then,,, does your mam n dad's citizenship make you into a better or worserer rider like ???it all sounds a bit silly to me :-( why's that then,,, does your mam n dad's citizenship make you into a better or worserer rider like ???it all sounds a bit silly to me :-(
  5. how do you have to be there to know that,,, is it not just 'common' ;-)
  6. why,,, are they having a display afterwards ???that reminds me,,, we did'nt have any cheap fireworks at Newcastle on Sunday,,, was George saving money, or was it the last meeting ???,,, personnally, am not really a fan ov fireworks anyway,,, they go off in my head every day, just like the blitz :-(
  7. why should they, Edinburgh scored more points in their mini-league, surely that counts for something since it was all done from a level playing field/track/pool/snooker table or dartboard or whatever,,, if they can't agree, I would suggest that they both forfiet the final and put Newcastle and Redcar in, no argueing over this n that rubbish,,, IMO
  8. that's far too simple for speedway fans to comprehend,,,
  9. great are'nt they ?,,, with the Diamonds out we'll just look forward to next year ;-) I would say that the team that wins their group with the most points should have the choice, might that be Edinburgh ?
  10. so do I, on this occasion,,, a tight match with a lot riding on it,,,I would'nt suggest that these tactics became habitual, but done discreetly in situations like Sunday, which if had been adopted, would mean that Redcar would ONLY of had to beat 'The Rebels' 54-36 for The Diamonds to go through on race points scored,,, so wait and see what happens on Thursday,,, I see that this thread has sort of criss-crossed, but there's not really any rules to stop it from happening, and am not writing it again, lol anyway,,, can we have Ludvig back again ??? ideally in a mix of, the Worralls, Rosen, Kerr and Lambert (haha), Robbo, Henry, Wooly top Summers, Scrhamm (for tenacity), maybe swap Tully for Deek, and Cook, Doyle, Ulrich, Barker if their up for it, would of said Morris, if he wants to
  11. I see what you say, but I do like his posts, (sometimes),,, but surely, good sportsperson's should only do enough to win, and how they do it is part of 'the game',,, am off to bed now, got 'peanut butter ben n jerry's', nite nite ;-)
  12. r, ok,,, thought I may have planted the seed,,, but I would have defo went for the 3-3,,, in most sports now, you have to accept manipulation (bending) of the/some rules to benefit ones self/team,,, its always went on and will always go on, and until your caught, its ok ;-) IMO
  13. yeah,,, best just wait for them to come out ;-)
  14. not quite that simple,,, the points he score's, plus bonus points, (paid for or not), divided by the number of rides he has, then times by 4, but only in qualifying matches only, easy !!! ,,,or, just wait for the final green sheets to come out, as someone else has done the maths for you ;-)
  15. has Anton not done enough matches for an average, sure he'll be well over 7.00
  16. answer 1, I think soanswer 2, I think so lol not at all, just looking forward to the crack if Edinburgh do win ;-)
  17. I like this team, if we could fit them all in,,,
  18. that point 'could be' vital,,,and lets be honest,,, how many people could see Doyle getting beat last night ? 'not beyond the realms of possibility, but hardly within the laws of probability'
  19. exactly,,, if it were me, not sure I'd be there me self,,, through me season ticket in at 'St.James', and tbh,,, don't even know when or who they play these days,,,with regards the TR,,, I see the benefit, it can keep matches close, but also, quite often at Newcastle, they play staright into it ,,, and in this case, ride for the 3-3 in the race before, thus not giving 'the class above' Doyle the chance of double points,,, does actually anybody in the management think of it,,, I mean, it took Richie so long to pass Alex Davies, he could have easily sat at the back and protected Newcastle from Doyle being allowed the TR option !!! ,,, now that's ffffing frustrating,,, look ahead... But anyway,,, 'The Rebels' ain't there yet, and might not, and if not, they WON'T be champions, just piddly league winners (which counts for nowt),,, simple, lol
  20. cos so often Richie is 'so strong' on the first bent, maybe it was a bit slippy, or a little gust caught him out ;-)but well done the Rebel's, did'nt really expect the Lads to cut it enough, but most of them give it a go,,, and I don't expect the Bears to do what they need to :-(,,, BUT, I do hope Edinburgh win it, cos I like reading TWK's posts, hehe
  21. totally agree, Doyle is a different class, at the minute,,, agree here too,,, but its only illegal, if you get caught,,, ask Doyley about that, lol
  22. but we want Ludo back, he wears funny socks,,,
