  1. well,,, after a couple of day's on the lash, somebody alway's forget's sommink, lol :-)
  2. maybe that's the new coversion formula,,, that was changed at the recent meeting, but no-one remembered to put it down on the statement ???
  3. you don't have to remove them,,, just forget about runninig a league, have loads of cup's and local derby trophies :-)
  4. since you's don't want Victor Palomino,,, can we have him on a 3 ??? :-)
  5. how about ??? 1, Kerr 2, Howarth 3, Rosen 4, Lindgren 5, Worrall ® 6, Rose 7, Greaves come's in at about 42.39,,, give or take a couple of pence :-)
  6. I hope you heared it from a realiable source :-)
  7. great news,,, show's the clubs ambition, if injury free, should put at least 2 pts on his ave, :-)
  8. agree,,, would like to see Kyle at Newcastle,,, dunno about Josh, but know plenty that would :-)
  9. that's how I seen it aswell,,, but a suppose it depends on where it came from, as to how true it may, or may not be,,,
  10. am not trying to 'diss it',,, but there's probly more people who don't even know who Elbow are, than do :-)
  11. a really good piece of work by Elbow,,, showing speedway in a sort of 'grass roots' type of way,,, unfortunately, the track and video would be more appealing to the fan's that speedway already has, rather than the fan's it has'nt :-( it could maybe encourage old fan's to come back, it's got me buzzy already for next season :-) but, let's say if 'One D' or 'Nicky Minga' done a track, how many might take another look ?
  12. maybe King's the 'bait' in the Wolbert deal,,, ;-)
  13. and,,, with there usually being plenty riders out injured by October, am sure each team could scrape together 4 rider's without the use of guests :-)
  14. would definately take a chance on Kerr making it to our no.1, after a month or so, (he did say that was his aim at the d/d, but where ?),,, dunno about Wolbert tho, but he may be a good shout to take some of the heat off other's ;-),,, the 'Turnip Twin's' at 3/4, good reserves, but it's all if's n but's just now a suppose :-)
  15. ah !!!,,, so that's what you've been hankering over ???,,, a see now (@,,@) lol there's does seem to be a few inner circle's around speedway maybe just co-incidence,,, a mean what a time to ring, during the speeches :-),,, would've been better if he had rang Ludvig like, but then that might've looked suspect ;-)
  16. dunno,,, but they could share the gate money, or pay them an average points money, (elite league riders, ride for less, and national league get more, and so on),,, if the 'superstars' don't wanna be involved for less money, tell them to get on their bike, literally,,, something's gotta change, according to some folk :-) you could call it the 'BSPA Super-cup',,, or summit,,, all the riders involved would be on equal points money, if some don't want to represent their club,,, then we will all know who not to invite back to ride for us again :-(
  17. a no it may sound crazy, but could the League Cup not be run like the F A Cup in football ???,,, all 3 league's drawn out of a hat, 1 tie, home or away,,, it might be a money spinner for some poorer club's and might generate some interest, say like Kings Lynn away at Mildenhall,,, just a thought :-)
  18. was there any points/average limit's in the good old day's, or was it just a case of sign who you like if you can afford to pay them ??? cos I do seem to remember a 50pt limit (?), maybe late 70's/early 80's being brought in, and there was a big who-har about that and Newcastle had to ditch Tom Owen and Nigel Crabtree because of it,,,
  19. oh,,, a was'nt quite that old then like :-(
