I think speedway has quite a wide range of ages on the terraces, from babies to people that are closer to 100, than 50,,, but seriously, how would it attract some-one over 40, if they had 'never' been before ??? probably most of the younger fans are only there because of their parents/relatives,,,

have all the 'meerkats' got viking names ???

do you think that 'non-brit' rider's should attain a second work permit/visa before they can carry out this procedeuer,,, or do you think it's part of their job anyway ??? :-)

is that 'The Annual General Meeting', where the member's of the 'British Speedway Promoters Association' all meet up to discuss speedway and it's rules and regulation's ???

I see your point,,, but if the public want a clamp down on immigration, they need to see that something is being done,,, wether everyone likes it or not.. who is responsible for who, or who not should be allowed to come in ???... its not me or you, it's the people authorised in that position, and I'm sure that if all the right paperwork or forms have been completed, things will be fine,,, unfortunately, it seems that this has'nt been getting done, so something is now being done,,, and as far as all these beggars and pilferers are concerned,,, quite a few off them have probably alluded the authorities and possibly sneaked in when everyone has been asleep,,, maybe thats what speedway riders should do, a mean, no-one would know who they are, as long as they kept their helmets on,,, :-)

has'nt a lot of this to do with the fact that,,, 'an' Australian was brought in a dubious average last year, and the same appeared to nearly happen this year,,, so if there is a problem with visa's and a certain country, where is the most likely place to look to try and correct the issue ???

does'nt 1 of them have link's with them little people from Wimbledon Common ??? I'm sure no Brit's have ever taken part in begging, pickpocketing and claiming benefits,,, they've made a hit TV show about it,,, and Greece is skint, but they invented the 'Olympics', it is home of the 'Gods' and is still a nice place, and they have lovely people there, well, they did when I was on holiday :-)

so, looking at it like that, it means that 1 immigrant Aussie has been declined a visa, it has meant his job can go to another Aussie, who put's another Aussie out of work and allows a young Brit to get a job,,, that seems fair enough, a suppose, it's 50/50 innit ;-)

could say, Poland and Sweden accomadate all the top riders and keep on paying a hefty wage bill,,, then what would happen to the young up and coming Poles and Swedes who maybe would'nt get a chance to ride in their own back yard because of all the immigrant speedway riders ???
