  1. That's a shame to hear about Rene,,, it might mean that Newcastle just have to muddle along until BWD regains his fitness?
  2. Time will tell, one sticker doesn't fill the window.
  3. You need a nice 'sandy loam' before you can talk about swip's or turnede's.
  4. Well, technically by the sound of your last post, you haven't really lost it. Why not have a night out in Poole and enjoy the local amenities, ye never know,,, you might meet a nice Swede?
  5. Would that suggest Berwick should be shut down?,,, strange innit the way things pan out.
  6. Apparently he still has one and, the bits inside still work.
  7. Thank goodness someone else snapped him up.
  8. https://newcastle-speedway.co.uk/2022/05/15/track-ready-for-approval/
  9. It's a right old can of worms, isn't it?,,, suppose it takes diversity to the limit,,, you can't do right for doing wrong, and you can't be wrong, cos that's not diverse enough!!!,,, why not just have imaginary goalposts and make it up as it goes?
  10. Maybe the jump from NDL to CL is like the old jump from NNL to GBL,,, maybe going back to 2 leagues would be better. You might not be able to accommodate the worlds best, but let's face it, there ain't many around these shores anyway. There could maybe be room for amatuer junior teams to, remember the Felton Flyers?
  11. What happens if a reserve (7 or 8) gets injured, do you name a no.9 or just have 3 rider races? Good idea, thinking outside the box, but that is another problem with that format.
  12. Was gonna say that, but it would be really stupid,,, Queen Thistle's sticky toffee pudding would work tho!!!
  13. A pneumatic drill isn't the answer,,, just nibble away at the ridges with grinder and bolster chisel would be the way forward IMO,,, Wouldn't be done before dark, a pneumatic hoover called Henry might be handy for clearing up tho.
