Dunno, av never been there for about a fortnight ,,, but if you can hold your p!ss in till you get there, you'll find out. If it's not there and the toilets aren't open, just go behind the tree in the carpark!
Not necessarily,,, it would be dependent on which mode of transport you were using, it would take a while to pedal there!!!,,, but a do agree with your point.
NEWCASTLE DIAMONDS v SCUNTHORPE SCORPIONS,,, SUN 22nd MAY 2022.
Please note that this fixture was postponed about a fortnight ago. Not sure if it has been on TV, wireless or in the national press, but if you do travel to the venue the funfair might still be there, so it's not a totally wasted trip/day out/whatever!
Not sure if it is already done, but probably key folk involved will get notification shortly after any decision is made?,,, would it be hard to text/msg all say season ticket holders, considering no.s and details are already held,,, with a generic msg too?,,, and they could/might inform they're friends, if they have any.
Well,,, probably stronger than using an injured rider or one that isn't there/double booked?
Maybe guests only for injured riders, not ones away doing other stuff, even meeting royalty. Maybe have some eligibility on compassionate grounds tho.
Am sure in the past, Newcastle couldn't use a guest, at Edinburgh a think. It may have been someone like Kenneth Hansen for Tero?,,, there was something mentioned about 72 hours notice, may well have just been an excuse, but hey-ho.
Maybe there shouldn't be any team members apart from 2 managers. The first 14 or 16 riders to rock-up are in, the 2 managers can do rock, paper, scissors to see who gets 1st pick and so on?
Maybe the guys at the BSPL should do a set of averages for every rider at every track?,,, it might eliminate booking track specialists, it might get a bit tricky trying to keep track of all riders away averages at different tracks. Finding suitable guests may become a bit more complicated tho, wading thru more and more charts.
