Just let riders pick the gates, on a first come, first served basis, it could speed things up a bit, instead of them messing about for a whole 2 minutes also, if a rider turns round and tootles off to the 4th bend it gives the others a chance to steal that gate, if they wish,,,

If Danny had'nt 'flipped' in his 3rd ride, am sure it would be fair to say that he would have scored in that one too, and scoring in every ride would be a vast improvement.

agree with the 4,3,2,0 scoring system, but when it comes down to a third party deciding on wether or not a rider is trying, I just think it will lead to more controversy than the starting procedure and, would bet on it turning more people away from the sport, riders included.
