thats how it might start off,,, so everyone has an idea, then all the rest down a pint, after the last one has had his go thats when the rule's start to take shape.
This might be the ideal time to sort it all out, but if all involved are brought to book will British speedway be able to continue ?
It seems that many's positions of authority would be in doubt.
So it seems there was a few people involved and 1 or 2 are carrying the can for it,,, how did it all go wrong ?
Probly best to put it away for now and, hopefully British speedway will learn from it and be a bit more stringent about it in the future.

If there was never a 'golden carrot' being dangled, you could surmise that it would never have happened.
