Don't think it will be either Nicholls or Kennett,,, maybe a rider that atm is not linked to a UK team, but holds an ave. above 6 in the top league,,, therefore any rule change could open up more avenue's or alleyways, or maybe a big can of worms, but will be interesting to see how it pans out.
Its in a bit of a mess,,, so how can't Kennett do CL, based on his 2016 PL 9.27(?) ave, whereas Cook has a CL ave. now anyway

A think Newcastle is a track where, riders need to use their head, which is possibly why many struggle ;),,, and as far as attendances 'really dropping' goes,,, well theres not a lot there to 'really drop'.
