  1. What you say 'Baldyman' is so true, I think the Witches are in a false position with just one away win to their credit. Many more home meetings than away and a catastrophic home drubbing by Somerset that will be a big loss in the final countdown of the season. Yes on the whole this season has been by far more exciting than the past 12 years in the so called "elite league" with weak team after pathetic weak team put out by the Louis. Its a great shame though as is the Louis want, that things have been allowed to drift along with nothing being done to improve the team. Risager out injured just as he got some form back and only covering him with R/R is just not good enough when most of the covering riders are struggling themselves. Doolan and Schramm have on the whole been very disappointing and the weakness at reserve is there for all to see and a change is paramount at no6 if any success this season is be found before its to late. Bjerre and Poole have just been fantastic with their fantastic efforts and no blame can be laid at their door.
  2. Great post "fentigers79" what you state is so so correct, lets hope all make Cameron Heeps very welcome and he ends the season at no6 for the Witches
  3. Thank you "Lovey" for your description of what happened at foxhall yesterday, as you know I never went so only had the updates to go on what happened. Its a worrying time regarding Doolans well below power performances this season and he nearly always look quite slow. The team have seldom clicked as a unit this season and quite honestly dont look championship material at all (something I said be wary of at the start of the season). Many were over the moon with the team and said Witches would walk the league As for Hart having a "crap night" well honestly how many is that now? but I expect many will come to his defence including his family members. Poor deluded people time to wise up, he is as good as he is going to get and is simply not good enough for the Witches team Burmeister was being chased by Louis before the start of the season and could be an answer to Witches no4 position vacated by the injured Risager but not sure he is good enough A shot in the arm is needed I feel and not to let things drift along, a change at no6 is vital also as that position is a real weak link this season.
  4. Oh yes I have "Cameron Heeps has arrived" cant get anymore positive than that (new no6 for Witches)
  5. Well then I will ask "do we want individuals at all at foxhall"
  6. I must admit I never went to this meeting as I thought the "star" field all people got so excited about was not worth my hard earned money to watch. And after reading the heat details I can see I was right but having said that Joe Jacobs for Doyle was a master stroke 3 riders in the final races just added to the excitement I guess and also guess what Hart did not score a point but I bet he still was his usual arrogant poser self doing wheelies Never mind Cameron Heeps has arrived now its only a matter of time
  7. Tell me SRTB who out of this super "star" line-up have won a meaningful meeting in their careers at any level, let alone at "star" level. I state my case, "star" meeting it is not. Lets see how many regular fans go tonight, that will show the "star" rating Dont get me wrong Im not knocking the super exciting premier league but just making a truthful observation
  8. Fantastic news Cameron Heeps is a fabulous prospect and cant wait to see him ride if not this week, soon Hopefully after settling down he will be trying the foxhall track out and replacing poser Hart very soon if allowed to
  9. Cant help "star of anglia" is a slightly overstated name for this meeting. Tell me where are the "stars" ??? Wells,Hart,Hawkins perhaps
  10. Wonder if GB would have won if the Ozzies were at full strength??? Mr Crump in case anybody wondered who was missing
  11. My god your team are having some wretched luck and I feel very sorry for you all and the poor riders. Best of luck to them and I hope you get suitable replacements
  12. What does it matter who is picked for GB, whoever is chosen wont beat the Ozzies its a forgone conclusion The standard of British riders is at an all-time low and there seems to be nobody on the horizon to change it Just look at Britains top rider in the GPs Harris, pathetic
  13. Great to see Joe Jacobs bounce back to top form and Lewis Blackbird is something special with his exciting style of riding. Just like to wish John Resch all the best and for a speedy recovery.
  14. Cant help thinking 'Badge' he is not going to ride for Mildenhall this season. A great shame but who knows he could for the Witches next season when 16 years old and can get a work permit easier.
  15. Well I hope Bob does a good job on the track today as I was at the bangers last night and the track was decimated by the cars, infact it looked awful with pieces of rusty old cars everywhere. Good luck to all the riders and lets hope for a great safe meeting
  16. This is all so confusing about Cameron Heeps, you read this you read that and nothing is clear. My angle on this is, he is only 15 years old and still classed as a child, so there are huge problems regarding his visa. My guess is he will not ride for Mildenhall this season or anyone else in the UK. Conjecture that he will take Harts place at reserve for the Witches is a wonderful idea and I for one would applaud that greatly. But I fear this will not happen as riders in the premier league need to be 16 years old
  17. Very sad I cant make this meeting as I expect it to be another cracking close meeting like all at West Row so far. But good luck to all the riders and stay safe
  18. Totally agree but cant see that ever happening, some people think the only sport is football kicking that bag of wind about by a load of prima donnas yuk
  19. Another very good meeting although the track was very poor early on due to stock car racing the evening before. In Hargreaves and Brundle Mildenhall have 2 very accomplished riders and I wonder to myself if one of these could and would take the all wheelie and chats place at No6 of Hart? Cant help feeling his time has run out and us Witches fans are fed up with his all talk and no action.
  20. Well its now 13.15pm and the weather is bright and sunny So get along to West Row and treat yourselves to a great meeting on a fantastic track and the best fish "n" chips ever
  21. Really looking forward to this meeting, its so great Mildenhall are back on track with a fantastic promoting team. Shame Heeps is not here yet but never mind Im sure he will aventually arrive and provide some real excitement. Cant wait to get some more of the very tasty fish n" chips at the stadium, it must be the best £5 ever spent
  22. WOW!!! what a superb superb meeting. Brilliant track made for brilliant speedway, billiantly organised, large crowd and 2 good teams. Add to that brilliant fish and chips and a chat to Taylor Poole and Danny King, all made for a brilliant occasion. Well done those 3 promoters for bringing brilliant speedway back to Mildenhall IN FACT ALL BRILLIANT
  23. Well the GREAT day has arrived with the resurrection of the Mildenhall Tigers Its a lovely day so should be no problems in that direction. I think we are all in for some exciting times ahead under the guidence of Louis,Lee & Jolly Mildenhall fans deserve some success and when Heeps arrives from Oz I think it might well occur lets all hope so anyway. Well very good luck to all concerned in this new venture and hope ALL the riders stay safe and un-injured
