I think it's not the Hodder's fault..... The way the league has been watered down, and with all the clubs tracking NL riders, it was always going to be too tough for some. Hodder is not the only one not scoring points.The young lad down at Poole. got let go last week due to being a out of his depth . Ace Piper should be, with a years experience under his belt be doing a tad better, but he's struggling But then at the other end of the spectrum you have Hagon and Boughen doing extremely well. If you were to drop Hodder, who would you replace him with? Another rider from the NL? Would they do any better? The league has been setup like this, so it was aways going to be on the cards that most would find it too tough stepping up a league.

Sorry I didn't explain myself properly. I meant Do Team GB drop Tai down to reserve due to his poor form internationally or do they keep Dan at reserve and use him tactically.

But will team GB have the bottle to drop Woofinden! He will most likely have a good British Final and the usual protagonists will be clamouring for his inclusion. Even though the British Final standard is a lot lower than the GP's. You only have how to look how fast he looked around Sheffield, but he was only beating 2nd division riders. Tonight when the anti was upped he was outclassed !

I think that was always going to be the case. It's never been a great track for good racing and tonight that was proof. As you say we've had some great racing in the other GP's. Alas not tonight.

Trigger like the majority of reserves in the league this season haven’t beat a 1-5 rider yet. All his pts have come from beating fellow reserves. Maybe the way the teams are constructed under the new pts limit this season, thats all what is expected of them. Hopefully by the end of the year they will start being a bit more competitive against the main 1-5 riders,

And with this weaker league, will we get lower admission prices? This year, last years reserves are now in the main 1-5 and all the reserves have come from the NL, but the admission prices have not been reduced to reflect this?

So he beat Batchelor fair and square in heat 4. Other than that heat, he beat Liebmann x4 she beat him once and he beat McGurk in heat 2. If you look at the majority of reserves in the weakened CL they score their points off each other. last week Jack Smith bucked that trend as did Sam Hagon in his 1st meeting. Coincidentally, both attained their good scores against Oxford, who up until their match with Glasgow midweek. Their bottom end had hardly scored a point between them!

but got beat by Scott, Wirtzfeld, Foord and Simpson down at Plymouth on Monday. A season in the CL would imo would have been the way to go

Debatable, Bewley only finished a few pts behind him in the GP's and if we take their Poish averages (supposed to be the best league in the world) Lambert is 19th whereas Bewley is 9th!!

Harris and Etheridge, the two guests scored more between them than five of the Ipswich riders put together !!

Yes Tatum really does need someone to give him info in his ear, because he hasn’t got a clue!! He has started to do this on a regular basis’ calling wrong riders, wrong scores etc

Reading on the International sections. Someone has posted an update which states Charles has broken his hip as well as the fractured collarbone plus concussion! The impact was very heavy and as others have said. The air fence saved him from maybe more injuries
