  1. At the moment the call off looks spectacularly wrong, possibly things may change later.
  2. Remember him as a second halfer at Wembley in the fifties
  3. I have written off this season, waiting for positive news on next if there is one
  4. Suspect attendance figures will drop now regardless of any new signings.
  5. Sorry I do not agree. You are of course entitled to your oponion
  6. Not immediately obvious what the event is that requires this action
  7. This meeting postponed according to Panthers official site!!
  8. Possibly but my view is that is there is no point throwing away money for no purpose
  9. Totally agree that to be in this event you should be riding for a British Club
  10. Not the ideal outcome , but probably the best that could be done in the circumstances. Scandalous to have go at Ellis hardly his fault.
  11. spent a lot of time today getting discovery plus, however could not see that this meeting was being shown. Anybody goy any ideas where I have gone wrong?
  12. I don't see why they should, play offs out of the question and possibly our last season.
  13. I shall certainly be attending the remaining matches,. However this season has gone spectacularly wrong with a team that most would have been happy with at the outset. It seems little optimism for Panthers long term future , but hope that we get one more season at the Showground and a miracle may happen thereafter
  14. Any changes now are a total waste of time and money
  15. In the current situation I see little alternative but to soldier on with what we have got
  16. Thank god for Harris!!! Without him we might just as well not fielded a team
  17. Think all this is well known to local paper. If there were alternative sites I have no doubt they would have been identified some time ago.
  18. I like many Panthers fans I would imagine are very concerned about the future. Whilst as someone has said the plans for development at EOES are only aspirational , I would imagine that ripping up the track and demolishing the Grandstand do not require planning permission. That being the case it means the end of Panthers. If there was any possibility of finding and alternative venue I am sure it would have been found by now. Therefore all the platitudes we are hearing from the developers and Panthers Management seem meaningless. As far as local council is concerned I am always mindful of what a local councilor in my area once said to me "we don't really care as long as any nasties can be kept away from our own patches"
  19. Have your moment of glory!! Panthers did a lot better than many expected this morning.
