As far as I am aware he was sentenced to 5 years in prison, some seem to feel this also means being banned from pursuing his career. Has any body considered that he shows no remorse as he genuinely feels himself to be not guilty? Presumably a fast track review of the case must mean that others may feel the same way.

I do not see much evidence of moaning , what we see are lots asking for answers and clarity. Very well summed up by recent post of "Proud Panther".

Because some have asked questions, want further information or are not entirely convinced there is a plan to achieve a sustainable long term solution, does not make them negative in fact it is rather insulting to suggest it. All want Panthers to continue but what many are asking is where is the plan to ensure long term survival and avoid having to ask for a bale out every year. It is self evident that lot more is required in terms of corporate sponsorship rather than donations from individual fans.

A Good point. I asked a question with no hint of criticism whatsoever, yet just the fact that I have the temerity to ask seems to get some hackles rising. No one doubts the time and effort put in by Trevor or Ged but that is not the question I asked.

Can we have some information as to how much Messrs Rathbone and Swales have contributed to the amount raised so far.

If Dakota North has been sold to Poole and the fee whatever it may be, does not find itself into the coffers of "save the Panthers" Then the integrity of the Frosts must be seriously put under the spotlight. If this is the case then the last bastions of decency and fair play in the sport have been destroyed.

I suspect that Panthers "Supremos" are and have been over the years riddled with "Personality Clashes"

I do not see that this should be an issue, they can sponsor but not be involved. Perhaps they will if they are that interested

Having been a Season Ticket Holder for many years at those prices I will be giving them a miss this year.

Probably there are genuine reasons for the seeming lack of response, but it is in the interest of all to keep the momentum going. The Unofficial Peterborough Fans Forum is not available for the foreseeable future. I agree with its instigator " Rupert Rigsby" that is was the best. Why he has closed it down is up to him but suggest in the meantime we all return to the official forum.

The meeting on Friday was presented with the theme that we are all in this together, even the phrase fans co-opertative was mentioned . I thought that Ged Rathbone seemed a genuine sort of chap. I sincerely hope they do not now go down the Animal Farm route where all are equal but some are more equal than others.

Mostly positive tonight, and most I am sure left with some optimism that Panthers would run in 2015. Yes there was no seeming opposition to Premier League but then why would there be as it is that or nothing, additionally most of the support that remained with Panthers last season in the main prefer Premier League. Sorry to see some left at the interval and I do no conc with the view rubbish was spoken about the state of Speedway and that Trevor & Ged were or should have been upset by any negativity. They were in my view highly delighted by the turn out and concern of supporters for the club. It remains to be seen what if anything ensues from the cameo role of Phil Wing. For myself I still and always will prefer Elite League whatever its format, but as I mentioned earlier for he moment at least it is Premier or nothing and I am not at all keen on nothing.

Unfortunately since the departure of Mick Bratley they may have considered many things but have actually done very little.

On one hand we are told that Panthers cannot survive on gate money alone, yet on the other it would seem that they are hoping for a whip round from the self same people who pay at the gate. On that basis they might just as well charge £50 for admission.

You could be on to something here. I have always suspected in fighting and various different camps and clicks within Panthers management. Seemingly from which only Trevor Swales emerges unscathed.

They certainly need to be there but I doubt they will be. Unfortunately the only hope I see is if they come back or at least get someone reliable to run it for them.
