There was I believe a further hearing yesterday . Bearing in mind BSPA/SCB are largely comprised of the same Mafia Dons. Is there anybody who thinks the outcome will be different? Will Godfrey be found culpable or will Rathbone have his punishment ameliorated? Will anybody bother to tell us.

Understand he has been in contact as he was keen on signing. Probably fall foul of Mafias latest rule or they will make up a new one to continue the Panthers /Rathbone vendetta . Then of course there is the Polish situation.

I am concerned about the team that Panthers will end up with as word already is that they can't compete financially with many of our competitors. Whether this is just as it is or a result of BSPA retribution is unclear

I think it should be borne in mind why BSPA and SCB exist in their current format. This was because the promoters did not like the things that SCB ( then totally independent) did and created a situation which put them totally in charge. In time this has meant that in practice one or two members of BSPA are in charge. Hell hath no fury than BSPA scorned. Also remember the person who was first to accept the 30 pieces of silver is now in charge. How many pieces of silver constitutes a bung?

The Saga continues. Statement from SCB following meeting 7th November stated (1) BSPA taken on too much power (2) Decisions taken not in best interests of Speedway (3) No further action against Rathbone (4) Godfrey to face SCB court hearing However currently Godfrey still number 2 at BSPA, court hearing not happened or no date set,Godfrey free to proceed with team building. Rathbone it seems is still suspended , still has to appeal , therefore not able to commence team building. Seems BSPA have so far ignored action mentioned in statement , which seems to me grossly unfair.

Something not quite right!! At recent supporters club event word was there would be no appeal and Rathbone free to carry on if he so wished. Subsequent information would have it that there will be an appeal and Rathbone still suspended. No action or mention of Godfrey's fate which must assume will be minimal since he is still number 2 Mafia man and seems able to commence team building with no restrictions.

Yes no further action but no mention of the action already taken. As of last week club say appeal still pending

I would hope so but as far as I am aware Rathbone still suspended, till we hear differently from the Mafia
