  1. As far as I know any blue badge holder has been allowed inside the stadium up until now, in view of the walking involved. It is disappointing that Panthers luminaries who could have made some difference have chosen to stay quiet.
  2. Suggest all ignore The Messiah clearly unhinged !!! But then with the weight of the world on his shoulders he would be. Surprised instead of suggesting wheelchairs he did not divinely cure the afflicted. Seriously ignore every post he makes , thats what I will do.
  3. Thought divine intervention had decreed "second coming"" was not yet due and that celestial peace could ensue for a while longer. Meanwhile Panthers management have taken your suggestions very seriously and have designated areas for parking of wheelchairs , buggys and a rack to hang crutches and other walking aids ,and at a reasonable price. God bless their benevolence
  4. By definition many Blue Badge holders will be unable physically to go again
  5. People are moaning due to the total and utter disgrace of the betrayal of BB holders. The signing of Iversen if it happens will not make up for this self inflicted debacle.
  6. If handled correctly this could become a national scandal , contacting Motability magazine is a good start especially if they take it further. I see Speedway Star and Mr Rising who could have given support and publicity are conspicuous by their lack of involvement
  7. The existing entry for BB holders was via the same entrance as for Riders etc. The problem was at the end of a meeting many people on foot exited by this entrance . Presumably they came by foot or had failed to park in the normal car park.
  8. Good shout something needs to be done, to get this going nationally.
  9. Sadly the promotion does not give a stuff. Buster has spoken and his will will be done
  10. Totally incomprehensible to me how bosses could have created a totally unnecessary crisis by declaring war on the disabled. Hope that when the statement comes decency has prevailed.
  11. Had a curt e mail from Carl Johnson to say a full statement will be made today or tomorrow . As that is all he says does not fill me with hope. Hope I am wrong. Fear they are colluding to issue a statement to justify their actions. Live in hope that decency will prevail.
  12. That seems the more likely, although Showground assure me Speedway Parking is entirely up to Speedway. still hope they see the error of their ways If what you say is true both parties show a willful disregard of what Blue Badges are for.
  13. Hope they have and will. I have not seen anything about this
  14. People would think so much more of management , if they just admitted they had got it wrong.
  15. E Mails I have sent to to the club are being returned as undeliverable , including those sent when it was thought Showground responsible. I am not into the mysteries of computers but others who are seem to feel I am being deliberately blocked retrospectively
  16. Another one returned." Oh dear we have had no complaints so far"
  17. Of course the do not have a divine right, but it would be good to see one of the oldest venues return. Can't see Len Silver being involved though
  18. How do you know those that reacted do not have disability or their partners do not?
  19. Never heard of disabled referred to as a minority bunch of people. One way to look at it I suppose
  20. The more the comment from Carl is disected the more petty and ill thought it seems.
