All of the madweb, or whatever they were called, sites are pretty terrible. The bspa one and similar are slightly better. The best has to be the Edinburgh and Newcastle ones.
You make a good point about taking on riders who haven't progressed as far as others but have potential. I'm fairly sure Lakeside took Worrall on a 3.something PL average and he was an EL revelation. Same with Swindon taking a 5 point rider in Birks this season coming. You can only give them a chance.
Somerset have got to look to sign good riders, if they can sign good riders who will improve that will be a good signing for them. More points wins you matches.
Given how well Leicester did with 4 reserves and 3 heatleaders last year you'd imagine they'll be hard to stop with 4 heatleaders and 3 reserves this time.
Lets be fair, once Hancock retires it will be a long, long time before USA are even close to Czech. I'd have thought they'd be enjoying being this high in the world when they can.
Crikey, fiddled their averages to strengthen more than their rivals mid-season and now they want awarded a final place to avoid the chance of Workington beating Edinburgh! Some clubs are beyond desperate.
