Covatti and Tomicek is possibly the best comparison in the history of comparing things. Both are foreign and on low averages thus they will easily add 4 or 5 points, truth is they're pretty garbage and will add a point maximum. Poor Ellis.

Number one material is a funny thing, I reckon in the PL we have only seen a handful of true number ones in recent years (Doyle, Cook, Stead, Ostergaard / Nermark way back when). Moving even further back I don't think there's been that many in total, you can include Cunningham, Clouting, Chalky White etc for arguments sake, but a true number one is a sought after thing.
