I think the promotion have failed to listen to the fans, that in itself is a bad mistake, the track shape should of been changed, the excuse was the riders like it, which riders like it? linus said its hard to pass if you dont make the start? it doesnt suit blackbird,lasse would like a track he could overtake on as he is not the best of gaters,nemo struggled to pass on sunday, so i dont buy it the riders dont want a change and what home advantage did they have on sunday? its a shambles at BP, roll on the brit GP time to watch real speedway again

how wrong you are about no speedway without hemsley but it did make me laugh,If it wasnt for alot of kind people giving hours and hours of there time for FREE there would of been NO leicester lions return. FACT Obsessed no, just want to watch decent speedway at leicester with a decent promotor running it who cares about the fans and the product he is providing.

the meeting took 2hrs.30mins to complete with no serious crashes, it was a joke, crowds dropped again but after tonight alot more will forget about going there, fans shouting get on with it is not a good sign either. it also seems hemsley doesnt give a monkeys about the club, he would rather have a holiday than support and run the club, is it time he sold up and moved on,as he has ruined the clubs comeback and put the future in doubt..

I find it amusing at some of the dumb replies from the normal leicester idiots on here, racing has gone on with sunshine for decades and if there has been a few sun offs lately then is it the riders are getting soft or cannot afford tinted glasses, nobody has mentioned a riders lack of sight when the goggles are filled in with dirt and riders are going into the corner with hardly any vision until they can rip a tear off away when they are coming out of a bend. How many other motorsports are halted due to sun ? Before anyone states the rider safety issue again, then of course it comes first but i find it hard that some of them are Not willing to get on with it by using the tinted goggles that would be ok to race in any sunshine

Nobody wants to see a rider injured but halting a meeting for sun is a joke, do other motorsports stop because of sun, what about tinted google lenses being used.and too be honest i have never known this happen in speedway other than at leicester. So speedway cannot be run if it rains,snows or if its sunny at leicester ?

So what is going on at leicester ? Well the riders are refusing to ride when its Sunny,leaving the fans having to stand and wait till the sun goes down,it didnt happen last season so why are riders not wanting to ride when the sun is out this season?

Like I said awhile ago the set up is a mess, who will leave next and why? The one good thing with glyn strange return is maybe he will get his way and change the shape but who knows

DH has added one of the best managers in boocock, if taylor is allowed to shape the track his way then it will be a good start,

I agree on it could be jari,but dont be surprised if bjerre was to go before the end of the season, eric is a great track man and takes no prisoners,i just dont see him and DH getting on as eric speaks his mind and to the point,others who have tried to do that with DH have gone from BP.

ballroom and neb say the club is Not in a mess, i wish it wasnt but unless you wear special glasses then it sadly is in a mess. If its true then why has the track man gone aswel, I thought DH couldnt praise him enough and talk about how good a track man he is when he joined the staff at leicester,so what happened.

Lets wait and see what happens, never known anyone go through so many staff in one year, so many people unhappy with the way they are treated at leicester, I think boocock is a great addition to the club,not sure how long he will stay.

I have sadly seen 2 riders killed and many very badly injured over the years, but what i dont understand is if you have raced and were badly hurt then why dont you see the extra dangers of long straights with bottle neck corners at BP ? I have said the track shape is not right and riders past and present are saying the same thing but you wont have it, yet you say your riding days were cut short by long term injuries, Modd, i totally agree with you, sadly the same people are abusive on here and thats why some fans wont post there fews.

nob, the track conditions are fairly good, however there is only one line used. what they need is rakers brought back to bring the dirt back to the inside again, the tractor is not always the answer.

you and nob should sell those glasses you wear because BP would be packed solid each week if people saw what you 2 idiots think you see each week, riders,promotors and many,many fans have expressed the SHAPE IS WRONG TO PRODUCE RACING.AND NEEDS CHANGING

I think it is possible, look at how they bind in shale to make cardiff and copenhagon, dont think it would be a hard job with the right tools
