Hackney was very dangerous,I think there were 4 riders who died on that track and many seriously injured. It's frightening to think what it would be like with todays bikes.

why would anyone want to take a dog to speedway ? I think it's cruel

Shame about the poor line up,I think it will put many off attending

But it's ok for clubs to pay the airfares for overseas riders & mechanics ? My first thoughts were where were the Coventry fans with there bucket ? They were quick enough to find money for a riders wife & kids to fly around the world to live in Poland but not to help out an English rider. Saying that if lewis was that keen he would spend a week in Coventry knocking on doors looking for sponsorship. I think there is more too it.

Never known such a farce waiting on one rider to sign,plus the silence from the club sums it up.

At Leicester city or the tigers you can book your family in for a nice meal before the main event at the lions it's a burger stood on rough ground or in a portable stand so you see my point you cannot compare them to speedway as they are miles apart in professionalism. I have No vendetta with DH, as a fan I don't think he helps himself or Leicester speedway sometimes,Leicester may have the best viewing in speedway but sadly has the worst track which he won't budge on changing. Not keeping fans updated on who will be riding for the lions IS poor management, just over 2 weeks to the start of the season and still no news on the last heat leader ? You said the club cannot announce the rider in case other clubs steal him,doubtful as I don't see any needing a heat leader Going to speedway on Mother's Day lunchtime is for diehard fans,Saturday evening IS Leicester's race night,they need to stick with one night.

you can't compare speedway with other sports. Why would anyone bother calling the club as they clearly don't care what the fans say,that has been proven. So you are saying I shouldn't go ? Can the club afford to lose fans. I want the club to improve the product on offer,what's wrong with that ? Any news on the big new signing yet ?

Talking about bad management with lack of info to fans,the lions first home match planned for a midday start on Mother's Day is not really great planning. I think it's about time the management listened to the fans.

Why are people worrying about the 45 day wait ? If the FIM do the right thing then darcy will have a 2 year wait to ride again and rightly so.

People said how much faster holder was in the final GP and then how he blew his engine to bits in the last race after becoming world champion. Would I say holder was cheating no but many do,the problem is cheating doesn't just exist through machinery it can be through throwing races,touching the tapes so a reserve can come out,laying the bike down for a restart.ect Look at football,how many players take a dive, it's in every sport.
