It's not a big dislike of tai, I think he is a awesome rider but not only me but many are very disappointed he couldn't fit his home country into his schedule as other GP riders have who don't even come from the UK,I feel he let British speedway down, the sport needed him to race here,he puts bums on seats, young fans who are the future of the sport seem to love him, think he was badly advised to turn his back on the UK. As his bikes, like I said his speed is beyond amazing. read my post to bwitcher then Just wondered have you raced ?

I can also tell you when I first started a well known rider had more than a 500cc engine he was using, as too your question adjust the ignition timing or how I got out of the gate well without spinning was a smaller sprocket on the front and in the tool box I had a sprocket conversion guide plus my previous gearing for every track. Any other questions ?

What curfew at Brandon ? Is it a new one and only for speedway ? -
Brandon call off was right decision

I got on one of my bikes and headed to the start line and then when the tapes went up then mark and I plus 2 others zoomed out of the start and raced, lol I first rode against mark at hackney. He is a great guy and was an awesome rider when the brits had a good crop of riders. Yes I know set ups, I just don't get the huge speed difference tai has to others at this level. this is not anti tai because I would question any other rider with this speed
-
Your post is just hearsay as you clearly don't know what your talking about through experience lol I raced against mark a number times,so I guess that puts me above a mechanic ? Oops I was a mechanic for 2 world champions also but I as you clearly say know nothing. Not doubting Tai has huge ability and is on a high wave of confidence but I just question his massive difference of power compared to other experienced world class riders. So Gavan I was right you have NO experience but you feel you know more than those who have experience lol

Posf1 - Belle Vue Aces Vs Swindon Robins, 14 Sep 2015

Tossiter lives up his own rear end so nothing surprises me about him and the rubbish he speaks. -
Please tell me your experience setting bikes up and racing them and possibly I may take notice of your stupid reply, oops I forgot you haven't done either so you talk crap as you have no knowledge. I think it also suited tai coming second to his monster mate, monster riders now 1 & 2 in the world equals more money for both riders.

You are just talking die hard fans who would want to be on the email list which is a very small part of a crowd. The club need to reach out to get to the other fans who are not on the email list.

So your saying the club have No connection with their loyal fans, maybe they need a proper PR person then and a good person doing there website to keep it updated. As to briggo, I have known him and tony for years, a great rider in his day but it's a different sport now, the bikes are like missiles and the track is the wrong shape to produce exciting racing and that's why you will regularly see bikes strung out. Crowds were falling way before the Poole match because the product is not worth the money plus the added waiting around for sun breaks or tractor racing.
-
That's the problem it's an expensive sport to watch and the product has to be right which it clearly isn't at BP. He needs to get the diggers in now and rip it up and reshape it or it will be the end sooner than later as it's clear fans are losing interest with the lack of entertainment on offer for the money or he could just dish out the glasses he wears as he must see something the fans can't see. It would be a very sad day to lose the sport in Leicester again.
-
It' would be more than £20 by time you add the cost of a programme and petrol to get there, so pleased it's on sky as I am sure many people are too as speedway is an expensive night out.
-
Nearly all Elite League clubs run on a school night, i think your making weak excuses for the fact crowds have been dropping all season, even though most teams have brought a good amount of away fans to BP. Leicester has been losing a lot of fans due to the product not being value for money.
-
DH thinks he has the best racing track in British speedway, if this really was the case he would be putting on meetings to the end of October as people would be queuing up in big numbers to get in but sadly people have walked away and even Poole at BP couldn't attract a good size crowd for the last meeting of the season.

Coventry Bees Vs Lakeside 09/09/15
robert72 replied to Game On's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
however slim the points difference Leicester were better than wolves this season Bees v Poole next up let's hope it's better than the last farce -
His price was over one million for everything. (Not sure what everything includes) I feel he closed early as he is aware crowds are dropping fast and he may not get many in for a worthless friendly match to break even, this makes the future of speedway in Leicester look rather bleak. Many in the sport since it started told him that the track needed changing as it's not entertaining but he still wouldn't except it yet fans are walking away. Real sad.

Good that will save £22.50 plus fuel, I think it's wrong to increase prices.
