Oh yes He ran out of meetings abroad and he came crawling back to British speedway for the play offs and was happy to earn extra money on tracks he previously said were very poor and in a league he turned his back on but thank you for reminding me oh yes he had a good meeting in the World Cup then quit his country and I like many others thought good riddance. What happened to his training schools for the British kids ? The guy is full of crap but I am sure there will be some happy clappers at Cardiff but many will be turning there back on him this year as he has to British speedway.
-
Just remind me again what Wolfy does for British fans or British speedway ?
-
If they do it for £10 and do a good PR job then it will be packed, it's only a friendly match at Leicester against a makeshift Coventry team and another makeshift Leicester team next week and fans shouldn't have to fork out premiership league prices.
-
It looked empty on the video clip. when was the last premiership meeting and when is the next ? It's too long a gap for fans.
-
Fans won't pay good money to watch a weak team turn out,I feel for those who have bought season tickets and paid to see a competitive Leicester team.
-
How many were at Leicester tonight ?
-
Was it Richard Hall and another wedding story too where fans were not happy while he was at Leicester.
-
I seem to remember a Leicester rider not turning up as he was still at a wedding ?
-
I wish I could regain the enthusiasm to want to attend this meeting even at £10 it just doesn't. I just hope the track is prepared properly this week for them to race safely.
-
Yes like telling them to forget riding in their home country and no need to ride in the British final or race for team GB as these things are Not important.
-
Anyone who thinks tai should be involved in helping British youngsters are off their rocker. Tai is a liability to youngsters and it's clear he doesn't care about British speedway or British fans.
-
He was a really lovely person and I was devastated at the awful news.
-
When you only get one like from a certain person who could fall out with himself you know your post is poor. What positives are there about the sport as I don't see any at the moment.
-
I couldn't care less if I saw another meeting or not, it's lost it's spark and I rather spend my money elsewhere now.
-
king has only rode once at home so the lions haven't benefited much with him so far.
-
He can't say he didn't get chances to get his form back, I feel he should of retired a long time ago, good rider in his day and wish him a happy retirement.

DW was not the only Australian seriously injured that got mentioned by the BSPA but your right gollob should be mentioned as he was part of British speedway and had many fans here. -

He isn't Australian The guy was a great entertainer and wish him all the best. -
There is also a lot of good posts by people who do know aswel but that's why it's a public forum of opinions.
-
The problem is more with the track preparation than the new shape now. It's gone really bumpy and ultra slick,

Belle Vue V Leicester 21/4/17 7.30pm
robert72 replied to stevethelion's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I don't think it's an easy home win at all but I do wonder when the day will come when we see a full Leicester team this season. -
Did you PM glyn as it's clear he doesn't know either.
-
So he is still charging fans top prices knowing the track is not good enough and may not be for awhile to produce decent racing.
-
Rumour has it that Mr Darcy sacked Glyn after the track alterations were Finnished. Don't see the point in making the shape better if the surface is very poor. Bring back glyn
