  1. Tai is doing it for tai not British speedway Really ? I don't see a large amount of media people turning up to cover the British final without the world champion, is that not damaging British speedway when your world champion snubs the British final.
  2. It's the damage tai is doing to British speedway as a British world champion snubbing the British final. Will he be donating his pay packet while riding for team GB to the Ben fund ?
  3. Really, is there. Not one or two English players playing in the French league that means they won't be selected for England ?
  4. You lack the intelligence like many who run the sport and that's why it's in such a mess. You are so happy then that tai refused to ride in the Ben fund ? You are happy that a lot of the media will avoid the British final because world champion will be missing. Great for the sport but your ok to see the sport die. Shame you can't see the big picture
  5. You cannot compare football to speedway that's where your argument fails. However rugby is a growing sport and unless you play rugby in the country of birth you are Not selected for your country, that sport is growing fast in this country. Tai has set a bad example to British kids that he can snub the British final,he can snub the Ben fund because he is world champion and doesn't need to do what he doesn't want too.
  6. It seems fans are starting to change there views on tai now. British speedway is partly in a mess due riders having the power to do what they want and to demand what they want and it needs to stop. tai is not bigger than British speedway but he seems to think he is because of happy clappers who don't see the long term damage.
  7. Had ward not had his tragic crash them he would of been back in British speedway this season. Also holder,Johnson,NKI, Zagar ,Doyle all chasing the world title but are not giving up British speedway. Too many weak excuses for tai and it's time those in charge make an example of him and not pick him or any rider to represent there country who doesn't compete in British speedway for the sale of the future of the sport.
  8. Shocked to say but you have excelled steve,Excellent post that is spot on to what a lot of fans think about him now. Loved the plastic Brit
  9. I heard Coventry don't look after the elderly fans, shocking and should feel ashamed.
  10. Yes Excellent and something other promotors need to do if not already doing. However the product needs to improve to benefit in the future
  11. No offence but maybe you are happily pleased by any track action which is like most hardcore fans. Long term just hardcore fans won't keep the sport alive.
  12. You must of been seeing things others didn't or your easily pleased.
  13. Did you watch it on tv or at the track ? The meeting was dire to watch
  14. Speedway has been a massive part of my life but I only attend now if nothing else is on but normally regret going and think its been a waste of money. Same as Cardiff I got bored of that awhile ago and not gone. I was only bothered watching it on tv now and again last season Speedway promoters have let it slip for the last 30 years to this sad state. It needs a genius to bring it back again. British Speedway badly needed a world champion racing here, let's hope fans show him the same lack of respect at Cardiff as he shows British speedway & his home fans.
  15. Maybe you should share your special glasses so everyone can see a fantastic meeting at Leicester which you seem to constantly see and others don't Sky match was a bore from heat 1 to heat 15 and the last heat was a farce as they clearly wanted Doyle to win it. Will sky return to Leicester or was that it for the season ?
  16. Does he not hold a British passport ?
  17. Or next spring ? With crowds so low they cannot afford not to make changes to bends 1-2 ASAP they need to have a good race track that people want to visit which is not the case at the moment at BP
  18. I wish your son well in a tough sport. Yes I have rode BP but you don't need to be an expert to know its shape is wrong to produce top quality racing.
  19. So I hear that Tatum is still fast on a bike so I guess he rode quick around there. Did your son ride round BP fast ? Heard many good reports about blackbird road but before my time.
  20. I think your find kelvin has ridden the track plus his fast experience on track makes him qualified to make comments. The poor crowds at Leicester now speaks volumes to what they once had but with refusing to make track changes the crowd gave up on the sport in Leicester after 28 years of waiting. Have you rode the track ?
  21. 3 of the 4 made negative comments and have done since it opened. I am sure many will back my comments up about my opinion of the track since day one.
  22. Maybe had Leicester listened to me and others 5 years ago and altered the track shape crowds wouldn't of walked away, you don't seem to mention the sky experts knocking Leicester speedway continuously ?
  23. Really ? I would start by sacking your beloved tai as he wouldn't be in my team gb selection if he can't be bothered competing in British speedway, the British final and the most important Ben fund meeting then he wouldn't deserve the honor of being selected. British speedway needs to replace Rosco now from being team GB manager.
  24. Probally more entertaining than the lack of racing at BP
