That's a good point how much did he invest in the stadium as I keep hearing about the generosity of people to help make the return possible and all the volunteers putting hours in at BP.

I feel for the Bees fans but for them to fully trust Horton and Sandhu to keep there club alive was. Very silly, the bees supporters club could and should of worked to gain control of the club. There are several fans owned football clubs ,a fans owned clubs future is down to the fans. Maybe this could be a way forward for some speedway clubs. Let's hope there is a saviour for the bees 🐝

And you think DH will pay towards something he felt didn't need changing ? After reading Mr Darcys strong views on DH are you sure everything is still rosey plus he may not have the speedway promotion rights but without his stadium there is no Leicester speedway so he has a lot of power still.

I said Leicester was a club in crisis 3 years ago and got blasted for daring to say it, I will say it again that unless someone takes full control of the stadium i.e. Buys it then how will things improve with DH still pulling the strings.

Any Coventry owned rider will automatically have their contacts taken over by the BSPA who will then listen to offers to buy the riders contact or to loan him for a fee. Sad day for Coventry Bees and British Speedway

Mr Darcy says that DH should of gone two years ago and that he has really damaged Leicester Lions speedway. I think it went down hill fast because DH refused to see urgent track changes after the first season were needed and then instead of establishing the club in the premier league and gaining assets for the future he just jumped into the Elite league and was out of his and the clubs depths which saw them sinking quickly. I don't think sky were fair with Leicester.

And the riders holding on in the hope of a team place. I think DH leases the land the stadium is on but he owns the stadium fittings.

The fans don't know what's going so I wonder if the riders are kept in the dark too ? Sad days in British speedway when 3 sets of fans are no clearer to knowing about their teams 2017 season just 8 weeks before it due to start. Riders and fans deserve better.
