give away tix in return for email addresses and bombard them every week. Get some posters up. Make up some stories for the papers. Remember Reading putting bans on riders getting married. Do anything to get in the heads of potential customers
BTW that goes for all tracks not just Birmingham
I would imagine Bears supporters, like myself, will be absolutely delighted to have you in the league. We all need each other, which most but definitely not all, tracks understand
there was an idiot used to post on here a while back but one good idea he had was to have a 'super six' competition for the top league and let them sign who they want. This is in addition to the regular league.
Telly would love it and I would suggest the big names people seem to crave would be happy to sign up to 5 homes and 5 aways in a separate competition to the EL. Something along the lines of the Indian cricket thing.
The only other solution is to change the sports expenses to be less than the outgoings
look, what have i told you, stop talking sense, its confusing people!
wonder what happen to Avonmouth, the RSPB seemed to have been satisfied and there's no houses nearby.
Oh and the guy who said 'cloudcukooland' - well Redcar happened, Worky is coming along, Oxford are back, things may be happening at Brum, Easty, Rye House. Never give up.
the changes recommended by Shawcross were accepted but that was against a backdrop of crowds 10x what they are now, kind of made things easier to swallow. Going to one league and potentially losing 'stars' doesn't sit well nowadays. However, in my opinion it could work. What it must be like seeing the same teams every 4/5 weeks i can't imagine but it can't be a recipe for bums on seats (or crumbling terraces)
yes but what was the proportion? A few were duds - Nelson, Doncaster, White City. I'm guessing the majority is due to eviction for one reason or another.
