AND as long as that is legitimate it will always happen. What happens on the track is only a part of any motorsport and that includes speedway. But, as has already been pointed out, the secret is getting both the machine (bike or car) in perfect harmony with the driver or rider. Hamilton and Bottas both drive Mercedes cars but they are very different and what works for one wouldn't work for the other. Otherwise they would be identical.

NEVER said that nobody cheats at sport. List is as long as your arm. And no doubt there has been cheating in speedway and maybe still is in on occasions in domestic racing. But the safeguards at the highest level, the World Championship, are stringent and if riders thought another was cheating they would not be slow in coming forward.

SURELY the same applies to Janowski ... one of his home track, two others in Poland and one in Prague.

AS you probably know it is an automated system operated by the graphics company (one of the leading ones in the country) but there is obviously a glitch. Will pass on to BSI.

NEVER read them but what has that to do with Zmarzlik? I can guarantee you that there isn't a rider in the SGP who thinks that he is cheating. Not only is he speedway's World Champion but one of the most popular sportsman in Poland. Speedway at SGP level has numerous methods to check machinery etc. Having a fast bike is one thing, being able to make it count is quite another as Bartosz showed in the final tonight. I would also add that he is a delightful young lad, from a terrific family.

WELL, he didn't beat Woffy by a mile. You are hardly going to win races with the slowest bikes. Hamilton is F1 WC because he has the fastest car and as much as I don't like him personally would never doubt his driving skills.

IF you don't enjoy watching Zmarzlik then speedway really isn't for you ... long track style down the back starlight to generate the speed to pass Woffy. Spectacular.

INTERESTING ..

YET again Emil chooses the wrong gate. Lost out in so many semis over the years because he got it wrong. Chances of beating Zmarzlik (off one) from two was remote. Better to have a run round the outside especially, as Kelvin said, no track grading.

WORLD Champ might be pushing it because he always blew hot and cold and at times didn't take himself seriously and required people to have their hand on his shoulders. But quite a character!

WHAT tour companies? James Easter will tell you that because it is so easy book flights and accommodation in Prague the majority attending from the UK at least make their own arrangements

BECAUSE under normal (non Covid) circumstances out is a very popular SGP, full house, and a wonderful city in which to enjoy a weekend

I AM sure you are not surprised that things in the UK are changing day by day and the fear of riders not being able to get in the country, or having to quarantine when they return home, is having a big influence.

BYDGOSZCZ maybe... new facilities look impressive. Think BSI going cold on Belle Vue with the government here changing direction so often.
